Abhorrent customer service.I am absolutely horrified at the way I was treated regarding an order for delivery. After taking my money and assuring me that my order (specialized food for our animals) would be delivered on time, the associate, Megan, became verbally abusive, shouting (literally--my parents were in the other room and they heard this) at me about how my order wasnt going to be delivered after all, and how I was not going to be reimbursed for the order. Then they told me that I could call the North Side location (me, not them). Honestly, I know that things happen, and that supplies across the country are in a state of flux, but this review is a reflection of the callous, unprofessional way that I was treated. IS THERE NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE?BTW, Im also part of their Neighbor Rewards Club. Cant imagine how theyd treat just any random customer.

Awesome company, great products, and great service. Daniel has a ton of knowledge - hell be able to help you with just about anything you need. The other team members are great as well! Diane was a great help at the front.I wont hesitate to purchase more equipment from this business in the future!

Sadly a person from the reception area visibly angry, aggressive, lacking in good manners, saying insults and even wanting to hit the blows, with a trucker who only does his job, should not tarnish the reputation of a place like Tractor Supply.

I love going shopping at tractor supply. Best place to get my dog s food . I get him a 55 lbs dog food and it last 3 months. Well worth it.and is cheap.

Very friendly and informative staff!! Great price on trees and theyre better looking than some other places Ive been to for fruit trees. With everywhere I go I still price check and theyre better in some areas but higher in others.

I love this tractor supply. The staff is very helpful and always friendly to us. We go here for all our farm needs. Feed, tools, hardware and medicine. They have everything you will generally need for your farm or ranch. They also have great prices on hay and alfalfa.

I love going here. They have a lot of great stuff , tools, cleaning products, dog food, etc.

Great store went they to Christmas shop. Im so impressed it was the first place I went to. With a big box store next to it I chose tractor supply knowing most men on my list were getting gifts here. But while here I grabbed some dog and cat food, toys, bedding and a few other items. Even if you go and dont but a thing Im sure you will be back because of there wife verity of supplies!

Man they got all kinds of things here. I was lost here looking for materials to start building up a new fence cause my old one got messed up from the tornado that passed through a couple days ago. The old one is still standing however its got a bunch of holes and missing boards. As I was lost wandering through the isles my knight in shining armour appeared to guide me in the right direction, Mr Rosado instructed me of where I could go to get the products I needed. He gave me some much needed advice from when he built his fence up almost twenty years ago, showed me a photo of it still looking strong to this day.

Fast and friendly service. Come here all the time to buy feed. When they’re out they let me know when the next shipment is due. Kind of annoying things aren’t always in stock but the lines are never too long and they’re very knowledgeable.

Always super helpful and have very good prices on bulk nuts and bolts best place in town if you need those they sell em by the pound.

They had what I wanted, except when it came to the Wrangled jeans. I wanted TWO pair and they only had one pair in the size that I needed. SERVICE was good.

This is a farm and household supply store. You can purchase chicks and supplies, horse supplies, dog and cat pet supplies, yard equipment, bulbs, flowers, truck accessories, fuel cans, home decor, hay bales, etc. The people in this particular store were nice and helpful.

Gotta love this place,farmer or not.The workers are always friendly and helpful. Competitive prices.

Great store and knowledgeable staff

This was a very friendly store that gave us much needed help with a FFA project that our granddaughter is getting in October. Another granddaughter loves the toy horses they always have. I find needed hardware and trailer parts here also.

We stopped by to get deer corn and everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. They had what we needed at competitive prices. They also had baby chicks and baby ducks, very cute.

Nice little store, not the biggest around. Friendly service. They have a monthly dog shot clinic. Needs a bigger parking lot though

Good variety of product. Clean store.Hard to find employees if you need help with something and register is unmanned a lot so you either have to hunt them down or stand and wait for them to come back.

We shop this store frequently for dog food, chicken feed, etc. This trip we were shopping for a kennel. They have a large selection of pet and livestock supplies and the staff is very helpful. Ever in need of something for your farm or ranch, they most likely have it.

Decent Tractor Supply store although many items that were displayed for purchase outside did not have prices on them, which was a bit inconvenient. The prices here are expensive, for just about everything. They must be proud of their stuff! Then again, this store is right next door to Home Depot so competition must be fierce. Home Depot prices are not much better either. Other than that, the store is pretty clean, yet cluttered feeling. I probably wont visit again unless they have a competitive sale going on in the future.

DO NOT BUY HAY HERE!!! IT HAS MOLD. I WOULDNT FEED IT TO ANYTHING!!!

This store has really good decorations, equipment, tools, manly toys, clothes, pet and animal supplies. A really fun store to go to.

They carry a little bit of everything, which makes them a good One Stop Shop. Their workers are really nice and happy to load up heavy items for you if need be. They regularly have clearance sales that are worth the digging.

Poor selection of inventory, the dressing room was pathetic, had a big soured, stained spot on the carpet and it was so nasty and dirty I had to make sure my socks didnt touch the floor by putting them on top of my shoes while trying on a pair of pants, it hasnt been vacuumed in who knows how long. I will never go to that store again! I have never and hope to never see a Tractor Supply store that nasty and poorly stocked!

There seems to be a problem almost every time we have tried to do business with this store for the last several months. Im begining to think it may be a management problem. On a regular basis we find ourselves either going to another business in Abilene or to the Tractor Supply Store out on 351. Were just going to start there first from now on.
