They have a little bit of everything here! Most everything is a cheaper price than other hardware stores. I do not have experience with much of their products but Id be willing to bet their products will last long enough to justify the inexpensive price. The store itself if very plain and somewhat hard to find specific items. So, be sure to ask for help!

Yes this is a small store for Harbor Freight, but it is well stock and the people are helpful and friendly.

I used to love Harbor Freight, but this Abilene store took care of that! The store itself is a ratty little brick & morter that is in a really strange location for this type of business, I dont know, perhaps the lack of relevant commercial tenants in that outdated, poorly located, eyesore they are attempting to keep afloat (probably only as somebodys tax write off) by calling it some kind shopping center(?) - I guess, and are actually paint prospective retailers to occupy the space for them. I do not think there would be any possible way to sweeten that pot enough to get me interested in setting up shop over there - they could actually start simmering maple syrup, and Id still be legitimately running for the door because in order to do business there, youd almost have to start with the understanding that even if you somehow managed to have ZERO overhead, it just aint gonna work, within a few months of opening, youll find yourself in the exact same situation which most the other businesses that TRIED to do business in that general part of town, which is fairly a shady place you wouldnt allow one of you teenagers visit without the supervision of a trusted, well armed adult, did - BROKE, because no customers are interested in going there, bankrupt, and then, like the others, belly up. Maybe all the conditions I have described here really is the reason Harbor Freight has made the otherwise fatalistic decision to stay at that location. It was a mystery to me just how it was that the inept folks running that place, and the ignorant, rude people they hire to walk around doing nothing, seemingly having been given orders to make their ongoing daily goal to see who can be the LEAST helpful, while simultaneously being the biggest SMART ASSn- they likely have a huge leaderboard in the back room, and everybody done been on a winning streak, but they keep it going, anyhow, I digress.... Bottom line - I do not understand how they stay in business! All I can fathom is that the terrible geological location, combined with the ratty conditions in that dumpy multi-failing business complex has to have caused the rent on that hell hole to fall so much that it was either too cheap to NOT do business there so they just couldnt pass up on the opportunity, Or perhaps the other theory -;they actually get paid to be there simultaneously maintaing somebody elses tax write off along side their own! Hell, I dont know, thats just the only way to make any of it make sense! Mystery remains I guess.

Said theyve never had 9 inch laminater !! Ive purchasef two from that store.

Called in to see if they had a 2.5 ton scissor jack.. they did not have the product. Was told by the weather does store that they would put hands on and hold it.. got there and everyone was lost on ans asked if I needed a 1.5 ton. Cody look the call then a little girl in glasses was short and rude, said I don’t understand bc the weather Ford store called and y’all said you had it she said “well that didn’t happen so is there anything else I can help you with to move your day along” interesting response.

Its not snap on, we know it going in. Still, I love this place for infrequently used tools, and well, some of my often used as well. The Apache cases are top notch, and Bauer tools are too.

Good quality tools at great prices. Helpful staff. Organized. Research and use coupons and get the best price. Most items are very good for home mechanic and hand tools. Most air and electric tools are fine. Only 1 tool has failed on me, an electric 1/2 inch impact gun. My heavy duty drill and light duty cutting tool are going strong with lots of use. Highly recommend!

They will not let you return anything for cash back. I bought a 2 Poulan chainsaws, they both broke within a week and they had no other gas chainsaws in stock and were not ordering more. Therefore I was out 2 chainsaws and had a harbor freight gift card for 375$. I was very upset!!!!

Waist of time my husband came here to buy a tool box the woman in the cash register make sure they have one available the ones he wanted and instead they got the wrong on

Although one Harbor Freight (HF) employee had no idea what I was looking for (Safety Wire Pliers or Aviation Safety Pliers) even after I showed him a picture and told him that indeed HF was the only hardware store in our area that carried them. He quickly contacted a senior HF store rep who directed me to the product within 10 seconds...Kudos to her!!! Great tool and working great so far!!!!

This store always has amazing deals kind and friendly people to help you find anything that you may need! There is a young lady there by the name of Courtnie and she is so very good at her job. She knows the prices and where everything is right off the top of her head! She was extremely helpful!

I walked in and a gentleman was kind enough to show me where something was and explain to me how to do some certain electrical work but it went downhill from there. I had some free time so I wandered around the store to look around and I feel like a short female employee was hassling me, shadowing to make sure I wasnt up to no good. If she was genuinely worried, if I found what I needed she sure could have been friendlier about it. The dour woman seemed to follow me around the store after this. I got uncomfortable and left. Wont be returning.

Went in for a specific item, had a bit of trouble locating it. Store is always neat & clean.Several employees in store, took most of the time in store to find someone to help me. Wish they were more oriented to helping right away. Will return when I can take more time to look & shop. Was pressed for time today.

Lazy EmployeesAsked if they could check to see if they had inventory on some tools in the back they didn’t even bother to check and ignored me. So I just dropped the rest of the things I was going to buy there and left!why would they send coupons out for all these things they have advertised for the weekend that they don’t even have in stock!? I’ve spent thousands there and after today I will not be going back

Have always found good deals, yet today was very shocked at how the assistant manager treated a cashier and a customer. To the assistant manager, your job is to manage day to day operations, manage employees and most importantly take care of YOUR customers. The way you spoke down to the cashier, in front of myself and husband was uncalled for. The way you spoke to the older gentleman, who didnt have a receipt, was shocking. A simple Sir if you get in line a associate will be happy to assist... I will be contacting the store manager as I know your attitude does not reflect on the store as a whole.

Harbor Freight always has a good sale going on, and my wife always finds the supplies she needs for her hobbies. I always find the tools I need to to get the job done.

This Harbor Freight Tools has a huge selection of items. The prices here are fantastic especially when you bring a 20% off coupon which they hand out weekly. You could also give them your phone number and address and they will mail you coupons every month. The staff at this Harbor Freight Tools are extremely helpful and friendly. I will continue to visit this store whenever I need any tools or tarps or any kind of Gadget I might need at home or in my Garden.

For cheap tools and ones that I may need only once this is my go to place. I am not sure about them moving to higher dollar tools. I buy my must have tools still at a name brand box store. I have had to return items to HF and have not had a problem.

This place is great with awesome customer service.! Everyone is mostly friendly, and getting a whole new line of good quality products in constantly. Not to mention the best in store replacement plans that cover everything even if its your fault!
