Ive been with Verizon, AT&T, and I was paying $150 for just 2 lines of service with my veteran discount. I pay $100 month with the Magenta Max Veteran lines, 2 lines, to be exact. T-Mobile has surprised me, their coverage had definitely gotten better. I like what Im seeing T-Mobile, keep it up.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you ! If it were not for your terrible customer service and your lack of effort in everything you do at that store I would not have gone straight to the ATT store. Good luck maybe you will get lucky and T-Mobile will continue to throw money away by keeping you employed.

They made me an appointment and it was closed when I went. Sadly there is no open Tmobile stores at this point. Had to call customer service to find my phones dual screen is NOT covered with insurance because its considered an accessory. Be aware when buying dual screen phones.

Barely any Service any where in the city As per Google the store is opened until 8pm. We reached the store at 5:32pm. The sign says store closes at 5pm. Clerk who came outside to address the persons waiting, advised of a checking in list and he was an hour late to meet with that last person.When I asked about the poor connection service, he advised that 5 towers are down. So I enquired if that doesnt warrant for us the customers to made aware of this. His response was that persons above didnt give authorization for that to be communicated. What is the reason for PAYING for a phone I cant use? Whats the sense of using a company that doesnt have the common decency to communicate with its customers? Maybe its time to change my network.FYI.. they close on Sundays and Wednesdays.WE PAY ENOUGH FOR YOUR BUSINESS HOURS TO BE UPDATED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE . #Sprintsucks #Tmobilesucks

When payment card isnt excepted online or by calling national Customer Care, doing purchases at T-Mobile in-store is way faster. Spent three hours online and with national Customer Care to never have payment card purchase approved. Whereas, takes minutes in person at store.

The people here are very helpful and friendly! Ive had a few issues with my S8+ and they have been quick to take care of me and help me get a replacement. Very down to earth staff at this location.

Very poor network in/around Abilene. Many places with no signal and lot of call drops in Abilene. Ive stuck around month over month because of the international roaming when I travel and I keep hearing they are adding/upgrading the towers, but I have yet to experience that. Hope its soon otherwise I will have to switch all my lines back to previous carrier.

Cool people, but not helpful and wasted hours for my situation.My grandfather had a prepaid phone with over $140 on it that used to be mine from 7 years ago. Brought it in to replace the SIM because it wasnt reading, and the account was nonexistent! Same number for 7 years, always renewed each year. The last time he had some trouble renewing it, and was told the minutes would never expire.Came in to fix the SIM, learned that the number and account literally didnt exist, was wiped from the system. So, I waited for hours as they moseyed on searching and making a decision, and only ended up putting $100 on a new prepaid plan that is trash, wouldnt put the old plan back in place. Still had the message from 2016 showing his balance, and now everything is wiped from their system!So, trash. Will be contacting T-Mobile about it.

Stopped in to activate service and ended up hanging out for about an hour. The employees running the place were very friendly and a joy to talk to. I could easily go back in just to hang out.

BUYER BEWARE!This site requires you to give at least one star, but this company does not even deserve that. When I switched to another network T-moblie continued to withdraw money from my account via auto-pay for 2 months. I called them to tell them to stop and was told by customer service that I would receive a refund of the adjusted amount next bill cycle. The next month rolled around and they withdrew even more money I called to complain and was told by T-mobile customer service that they would refund back to me the money they withdrew back to the point I canceled my service and it would be 2-3 weeks before I would see it in my account. I have been dealing with this company for 3 months now trying to get my refund back, but every time I call a different customer service person gives me a different answer as to why I have not received my refund and passes the buck to the next customer service person that picks up your call. The last time I called them the story got even bigger. They said “we can’t refund your money because the account has been canceled, that it was my fault that I didnt cancel the auto-pay when I canceled my service, and when you switch to another network provider you have to pay a full month cycle no matter what time of the month you canceled service”. This is the biggest rip-off company I have ever dealt with, not at anytime during the previous times I spoke to them did customer service inform me I would need to cancel my auto-pay or that I would not get a refund I was miss informed they said. No, I was boldfaced lied to.
