Got a two dip cone today form my granddaughter. Dips migHt have been the size of a ping pong ball. Very small cone also. Over $4 for it when a pint is $4.99. Should have gotten the pint. Very disappointed.

Staff incapable of getting an four item order correct. Had ice cream running down the sides of a milk shake that was over filled. The selfsame shake tasted nothing like a strawberry milkshake....should have went to Sonic and next time I will.

Welcome to my Ted Talk !! I love Baskin-Robbins but this one was just a mess from the staff to our order. Theyre actually lucky we were nice but I still have to write this! We pulled up at the drive-thru and we literally thought it was closed because for like a good 5 minutes no one said anything and many hellos!! Finally we were heard and processed to order..we got 2 orders of the same thing..cool..got to the window to pick up, turns out they didnt have the cone we ordered mind you we had already paid for it. So they gave us a different cone..whats the logical thing to do if you are given a different order and there is a $2 more difference..you get a refund !! but no we were told..they couldnt refund us the money because thats not a thing and they dont do that!! whaaaat! what is that mean..its our money and they shouldnt take an order for something that doesnt exist! period! so yeah they stole our money and gave us something we didnt evern order!! Just wrong on so many levels ! Do Better!!

The staff at Baskin-Robbins were very attentive in making my daughters milkshakes following her tonsillectomy. I asked that they use their machine a little longer than normal so that they were extra liquidy and both shakes were made perfectly!

Obvious trash. Ordered a Father’s Day cake. Paid for it. Went to pick up the cake all for staff to inform us that that don’t have the cake and have a 48 hr notice and we called 36 hrs in advance however they didn’t inform us of this and gladly took our money. Way to go Ableeeene and your pitiful service industry.

Sure wish they would open the inside back up because the mile long line in the street is ridiculous

Asked for two waffle Cones one scoop each and this is what they give you for $8. Not coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service: rude, no smiles, no greeting, ignores the customers, acts like they dont care and would rather be somewhere else. Food: donuts TERRIBLE AND STALE! Ice cream was extremely skimpy and just thrown together with no concept of making it look somewhat enticing, rotten bananas, gave me nuts when I specifically said NO NUTS!. Cleanliness: yuck! Sticky tables and floor (my shoes actually made noise when walking across that gross floor). Manager: what manager? None there that I could witness. Or if there was, she sure didnt know how to be a proper manager because they all looked like regular employees to me.The old Baskin Robbins on Buffalo Gap road several years ago was always busy, wonderful service, great ice cream and environment. This re-opened location needs extreme makeover on everything! Ill never ever go back there again!

I stopped by this Baskin Robbins on South 14th here in Abilene the other day, and got two dips in a cup, and got one dip of vanilla for my Corgi, and it was great, the dips were large, and the service was great.Enjoyed it very much, and I give you 5 stars for everything.

Great ice cream and quick service. Employees are very nice. I once forgot my wallet and they saved me by keeping it safe until I returned. All the cash for Xmas gifts was still in it. My family and friends get our ice cream here 😋🍦👍

You should really invest in a manager that can actually order properly. You have been open long enough that it shouldnt still be a normal thing. Cant count the number of times myself and others I know have left without making a purchase becuz u were out of one thing or another. Cant sell what you dont have!

The food is fine, but lately it seems the service has just hit a low. I stopped by today and the entire time I was at the window the girl said literally nothing to me. I knew my total because of the total sign below the window. She gave me my change, nothing. She gave me my food, I said thanks. She said Nothing....

I’ve been here many times. Inside and through the drive through but when I’m with somebody, we usually go inside. Me and my mother were in the mood for ice cream from 31 Baskin Robins. BR is the other half of Dunkin’. We parked and walked to the door to find out that the inside is closed. Well, there’s just a certain experience you get when you’re in the mood to go inside. It’s just a moment to slow down and relax. It a lot different than feeling like you’re in a hurry like you do when you drive through. So, here we are having to go back to our vehicle. Very disappointed that they’re still not allowing people to go inside. Since that day, I have gone back a couple of times but it was for a coffee drink. As for the ice cream, I don’t care to have to get that to go. I’m going to start going to Stone Cold Creamery to get my ice cream. I can go inside over there.

Nice place to sit and eat something sweet. Big scoops of premium ice cream. Try a double scoop of Very Berry and Rocky Road! Quite the nice flavor contrast.

Greatly dissatisfied and disappointed. Spent $13.61 for myself and my kids ice cream. I bought a hot fudge sundae and the one from McDonalds is better and at McDonalds it is only a $1.50. Truly dissatisfied!! Made a comment to Baskins Robbins website also.

Worst Baskins ever , a milkshake a simple shake. Pulled threw ordered large shake got my shake top half was like water bottom half was like concrete , pulled back threw, they replaced it with chocolate milk $7.86 worth of chocolate milk. Baskin Robbins geez get it right . Bunch of kids working that coukd care less

Ice cream was as expected for a Baskin Robbins, but the place was a mess! Lots of trash in the eating area and staff was not cleaning up after customers. It was 8:45 in the evening on a Friday night and the staff wasn’t busy, except for carrying on and laughing in the kitchen area. I’ll consider returning if the place can stay clean!

Great place,but the Egg nog coffee wasnt what I expected, tasted more like cinnamon.

Pricy. But good ice cream! I have fond memories, so it might be a lot of nostalgia that makes me like it. But the prices have certainly gone up.

The ice cream was warm and they blared country music and they were out of waffle cones on a Sunday morning.

Just went to get ice cream. It was filthy inside. Sticky floors so much that my daughter’s flip flops got stuck and came off multiple times. Crumbs and trash everywhere. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned all day and we went at 7:00 pm. Trash behind counter was over flowing as well. They had at least 5 workers behind counter, one of whom was eating an ice cream cone right behind counter of ice cream. It definitely was not an environment that made me want to come back.

Went to get jamocha almond fudge ice cream always makes you feel better !

MAJOR KUDOS to Baskin Robbins on a job well done! I wanted to get a cake for the wife and I decided to give these guys a try. Michelle was very easy to work with. When we discussed the idea for the design, all I said was, she likes Def Leppard so if you can do something with that... Well let me tell you, they went above and beyond!!! This cake had a Union Jack design and all the writing was in the Def Leppard font! It was fantastic! And I scored lots of brownie points with the wife, too!

This is 5th times I visited to get ice cream. They never making more waffle bowls and drip chocolate with sprinkles on cone or waffle bowl. I did asked three times for drop chocolate on cone, but they refused. I not happy about it. They should know that need make more waffle bowl when it gone and should making more chocolate drip with sprinkles on cone or waffle bowl or customer ask for chocolate drip on cone then worker need do that for customer. I like basket robbin in Arlington, texas is best because workers know what to do and let customers what they want.

I went in got a cone and a scoop in a cup, then asked for a hot fudge sunday no whip and no cherry. Was given a kids sunday and didnt know it(never been before) and when i checked my receipt it showed that. Not only am i disappointed not getting what i ordered my husband said we will never go there again.

I have been there twice in one week the first day I went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes and a banana split they gave me the banana split first them 18 minutes later came the shakes lets just say by the time I got home I had melted ice cream everywhere because they didnt even offer a lid for the banana split the second time my kids where in town with my grandbabies so I was like lets try it again my daughter wanted ice cream on a waffle cone guess what no waffle cones and no regular cones Im done with that place

I had the most horrible experience Ive ever had ..service was horrible. Girl was really unhelpful ignored us ,then tried to make our banana split with a rotten banana...had a horrible attitude Ill never go back and I will be calling corporate!!!!!!

Didnt like the 2 girls attitudes. Wont go back.

$4.00 for a double dip. Cheaper to buy half gallon at supermarket and eat it at home.
