This walmart in abilene had alot of options to get stuff! It is a very big walmart and they actually had alot of things in stock, I got a stroller and alot of clothes and alot of groceries from here, and I love how they still have it were you can play the game systems like the Nintendo switch, whenever I was walking around I seen this cute picture of a cow!

Is it possible to give any Walmart 5*? I like the folks that run the Walmart at 4350 Southwest Drive because they always help me with those heavy purchases and they do it with genuine helpfulness. This store is done with the flooring upgrade, so everything is back in place and the new identification signs are up. The is also the newer style Walmart with the bathrooms at the front of the store. The dressing rooms are now open, after being closed for so long due to COVID-19. This is a Supercenter, so it’s got food, clothing, electronics, pharmacy, auto, etc. You’re not going to find exceptionally high end products at Walmart, but then, that’s not what you expect to find there either. Plenty of parking so you’re good to go.

I would not suggest anyone doing deliver through this Walmart they left my groceries on the front porch and most of it was gone or just not there. They wouldnt give us our money back or compensate us in anyway. They didnt even notify us it was there.

I love this location. Its always stocked and has great things to look at, even if you werent there for them to begin with. The self-check out is managed very well and those in charge of the area keep it moving as quickly as possible.Its also very clean and organized. I prefer this location in Abilene over any other.

Customer service is completely dead at any Walmart. All the workers look miserable. I only go there when there’s a specific need. Otherwise I shop elsewhere

Literally lived here for 8 years and never have I seen such terrible customer service! How you gonna have 6 employees just star at someone in jewelry and not help them??? Like I stood there for 10- 15 minutes, but I’m gonna take my business to HEB they have much better customer service

I had a good day at Walmart on Southwest Drive in Abilene. Out of everything I needed they were out of diet Pepsi cans but they had bottles so I bought them instead . It took a little while to check out but once at the counter it went very smooth. All in all it went very well. Its my favorite store to go to.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the employees was excellent. Yeah speed cleaning us of the store was very good it was a very good. However there was a lot of items that were out of stock And couldnt find some things.

Always busy. I would say this location is average to other Walmarts. They keep remodeling which is throwing stuff around. Id shop this 99% of the time. Usually pretty clean - the best they can do. I always use self checkout. It is walmart. Most of the stock in on top. The aisles and shelving could use some TLC but I dont expect much from places with volumes like this. Keep your expectations low and you wont be disappointed. I dont think I have ever had a problem with anything from this location.

Plenty of overnight RV parking. Good wifi. Water refill/exchange available.Very busy days. Relatively quiet at night for a city location.

Picked up an online order. Quick and courteous.

Love the new updates yall have done on the inside! Looks very nice and organized. The worker who helped me was very polite and helpful since things have been moved around. Only 4 stars because its I needed was out of stock.

Curbside and delivery is by far the WORST in this entire planet.A couple weeks I had an order that was scheduled to be delivered. Got notice that it had been delivered and it hadn’t. Called Walmart and they didn’t even know what was going on. Called the location and they said the driver brought it back. To say the least they cancelled the order out and didn’t refund me for a week. So my family and I didn’t have groceries for a week.Today I placed a grocery order to pick up myself (wasn’t going through previous experience). Well it was scheduled to pick up between 3 and 4. Get on the app and it shows delayed. Can’t get any kind of update from the customer service line snd not a single person in the store even answers the phone!!!Please spare yourself the headache, waste of time, ignorance, and terrible customer service.

Went out today Buffalo trade days quite a few vendors out today they have a bunch of pretty cool looking handbags out here

Walmart is a great store to shop at. Its a one stop shop. I went there for 2 items. Somehow there 30 items in the basket once I checked myself out. I had a wonderful time while there.

It was very crowded and we realized it was the 3rd, so the store was packed with canes and wheelchairs. It was still easy to get through the aisles and checkout lines. The workers helped everything to flow well and shopping was a pleasure. This is one of the best Wal-Mart stores Ive been to, and Ive been to a LOT of them.

To me Walmart is always great. From having almost everything in one stop, great prices, and two locations, plus the neighborhood market. Unfortunately, they are no longer 24/7 cause Covid said nah, you closing up nightly now but still love to go.

Horrible Curbside Service. I was supposed to have groceries delivered to my house from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. … It was getting closer to 4 p.m. , when I received & text saying my groceries were out for delivery & at 4:05 I got a text saying the delivery driver had arrived & is unloading my groceries & is ready to meet me at the door for my signature.. I normally don’t sign off on orders, but something told me I need to sign off because it was a $200.00 grocery order. Well needless to say, the delivery driver never arrived due to construction being in front of were I lived ( there was no construction in front of my apartment ) & they returned my whole order back to the grocery store & did not want to contact me & let me know.. So I called customer service & they told me that they returned it due to construction & then they told me a different story.. Well, I contacted they store it was coming from & they told me that I was allowed to pick up but they couldn’t deliver it again, due to it already being dropped back off. So I drove the the store just to find out that they cancelled my order & can’t refund me until 7 - 14 business days. And now my family just doesn’t have groceries for a week, because I don’t have the money to get more groceries.

I once almost gone mad at this Walmart after shopping I went out and realized that I couldnt see my car where I had parked. I had to go inn and look for manager, then manager told me to walk around try to see whether I will find it. By that time I was dialing 911, as I was explaining my problem walking around I saw my vehicle far end...and told the one who responded my 911 call that I have my car that I thought was stolen 😅 😳 .After carefully looking at Walmart, realized the side I existed was not the side I entered through,I went back to the manager before he goes to view CCV and to him I have found my car,I felt little embarrassed by I was happy at same time.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I will never forget that experience.

If they would enforce the masking and have more check outs with CSRs , it would be a more pleasant place to shop.

Went to Walmart this morning parked in a handicap spot asked an employee I saw if she could bring me a handicap cart she said no because she wasnt on duty in I can go HEB call in the store and someone will bring me one. Walmart could be better towards seniors like me who have no one to accompany them!

You think this place is just a Walmart but I straight up fainted here and the staff was incredibly helpful. They got me water, wet towels an electric wheelchair, got my stuff checked out. I didnt get everyones name just the tremendous and empathetic Nicole. I know a walmart is a walmart but this one does a fantastic job at staffing. 10/10

Did not have my weedeater cartridge for the weedeater that was bought st walmart. Had to order online and wait for much more money. Called first and an employee answered the phone to get me to Garden center. The call did not go through. Called a few times after that and Noone answered

Oh you know, just the typical wal-mart. Nothing special to note, however I will say this quit moving the aisles its like a scavenger hunt every few months. Leave stuff where it is for crying out loud.

They dont have enough disability carts for the people that needs them and they can have better door greeters

This Walmart in Abilene is awesome, always have what I need! The one in Sweetwater is a joke. Never have what you want so Im always having to go online to order.

Love Walmart but I do not like the few cashiers and really long lines. Not a time friendly errand to run.

I will not let this keep me from loving Walmart but i had a “ fully cooked” or what the deli classified as fully cooked original chicken sandwich sold by Walmart out the deli it was still jiggly in the middle 🤢🤮I ate most of it before I noticed.

What can I say?? A classic Walmart that is well stocked and reasonably clean. The staff was friendly and there is plenty of parking so getting in and out of the lot was not a big deal. Pretty much what you expect from a Walmart.

Ive been there a million times, in several states, decade after decade - and theyre all pretty dang similar. They could almost always use a few more employees (and it doesnt thrill me when staff pushes something out in front of me even if they SEE me coming), but theyre there...theyre consistent. 🤷🏻

They had everything in place and kept up. The staff was very helpful and the remodeling wasnt causing much distraction at all.

Recently has been low on stock with alot of food items. I still end up going to other grocery stores in town to get my full shopping list. Almost not worth going anymore unless you need dry goods.

They are remodeling so things were in new temporary shelving. It is going to look really nice when its competed.

I shouldnt have to do self check out and have somebody working there watching me like Im ripping them off. Go back to regular check outs......

Went to get some fresh deli meat, the young lady at the counter literally ignored me while she was on her cell phone. Then when she did finally acknowledge me, she didnt clean the slicing machine. When I mentioned cleaning the machine she started spraying cleaner all over the machine and meat that she was fixing to slice for me.

Very helpful few but anytime you need something chances are they have it

The view was beautiful! Literally. Picked up everything I needed to get this hog mobile! And only 32 ounces of H2O to the mile, what a bargain!

I asked multiple staff for help finding an item. They would only tell me an area to look in, but no one would actually help me find 1 item. I walked all around for almost an hour to find 1 item they refuse to help me find.......

Since they are remodeling its impossible to find what you came for...you always end up leaving with stupid nick nacks that you dont need.but they have their volume set up for that to keep happening its hella annoying

My dog is not allowed in the store so I have no love for these places.

Its clean and fairly cheap prices. Never can find an associate for the produce section to ask for things or the electronics department. Produce is always lacking, in my honest opinion. Went today around 5 pm looking for deli food thats usually delicious.... it was closed! Disappointed. Ill just continue to go shopping at H-E-B.

Great auto shop. Checked by tire for leaks and referred me to a reputable shop when they did not have the size I needed.

They are pretty good about keeping things in stock, and its easy to find your way around.
