This store has mostly everything you need. There is a Starbucks inside as well. But, the air conditioning seems to be set at 78. I always leave as soon as possible because rit is too hot to breathe inside 😫.

Its always clean and friendly staff. I had an incident a few days ago. My mom almost passed out in the store and Jacob (from Abilene Texas) ran to get her a wheelchair and helped us out of the store. He deserves to be recognized!! Im very thankful for the Target staff!

They took care of me and my mothers day was excellent they got a problem soft and get my mom Jeff with a phone and that was great they got her hooked up with the great call and jitterbug and thats what I needed I was in Abilene Texas

Now the store and employees are great this is not what this review is about. Please read below.I am very frustrated and completely disappointed with how Target has handled this “Global” issue. I called Guest Relations. Not once did Target hold themselves accountable for taking funds that did not rightfully belong to them, not once was I told, “Target will do whatever it takes to make this right.” All I got was, “I understand your frustration, I apologize sir..” Actions speak louder than words. That’s great customer service!So, to rectify the issue that TARGET had encountered on August 2nd 2021, TARGET put the responsibility of getting any individuals money back on the innocent consumer when it really wasn’t their issue. Myself, I was told by a TARGET guest relations representative to call my bank and put a dispute in with my bank which I sat on the phone for an hour explaining the situation and at the end of it I was informed it could take up to 90 days to rectify my account in my case. I’m currently out of pocket the $125.57. Now basically if I want my money back I have to put the effort in to get it back if I don’t Target gets to keep it. My question is why is it put on the innocent customer to rectify an issue that TARGET had? As well I feel sorry for the people that don’t put in the effort to get their money back and TARGET keeps that money, that will definitely makes the stocks rise and margins increase for the month of August. Myself, I will not be purchasing a single item from Target from this day forward. I have also encouraged friends and family not as well if they run on strict budget not to shop at Target because you never know if you will walk out with double or even triple charges (not sure if the triple charges are correct) however, if anyone watches the Stock Market you can see Target Corp. stocks falling. Is this a ploy to appease the Stock holders and Board of Directors of Target Corp? Totally disappointed on how this was handled.Again I fully understand whoever receives this email is just a employee of Target and their authority only goes so far, I feel for you, I truly do as you don’t get paid enough to deal with this kind of issue and I’m sure there are some ignorant people out there taking their frustrations out on the innocent employee.This email should be forwarded to whomever has the authority to address this GLOBAL ISSUE as I’m sure Target generated over a million dollars plus revenue on the double charges and most likely gaining interest on the overages. The only entity benefiting from this is Target Corp. . Ensure your supervisor and or Board of Directors get a pat on the back for not holding themselves accountable as well making that quarterly report outstanding with a Q2 reported revenue of 22.98B and EPS of 3.38 and couldn’t find a way to make this right. Congrats on those numbers. I’m sure you made the investors proud.

So grateful for this service. Makes errands so quick. Usually can find anything Im looking for at a great price.

Would give it 1/3 of a star if I could. Was a product reviewer but when they updated the site it would not open on my old iPhone. After I purchased new phone I asked for help getting back on site but customer service would not respond to emails, a letter or phone calls. Have not been to a Target in over a year and don’t miss it. Amazon is so much better.

The young lady who helped me retrieve my order was the best customer service rep I have ever encountered. She not only brought me one of the bikes but while I was loading that 1 up she brought out the 2nd and offered to help me put them in the back of my truck. She was super courteous and very cheerful.

Overall great experience, however I once asked customer service to check on an item using the DPCI # & they gave me a run-around answer instead of actually checking. Each Target I’ve ever been to has always been nice enough to check & even the girl that worked the service desk seemed eager to do it but didn’t know how & when she asked her supervisor on duty, she just told her to give me a generic answer as I heard the entire conversation on their walkie talkies. Not the Target customer service I’m accustomed to at all.

Found everything I needed instantly and some of the stuff I went to bought was on sale! 😁🙌

I love target

Went to Target after dinner tonight. Two lanes open so I got in the shortest line. Didnt realize it was my husbands ex because Ive never met the woman and barely know what she looks like. Really doesnt matter to me but instead of being professional and ringing up the 5 items I had, she calls another cashier over to ring my items up. Picked the shortest line for check out and was made to feel like Id done something wrong. Expected better of Target and their employees.

Not as dirty as other stores in the area. Plus they enforce the mask mandate better than most businesses. This is especially true with the hillbilly rednecks that think there is no reason to wear one.

Very fast drive up service, I was there less than 5 minutes!

I ordered a product online to pick up in store. and as I am 2 hours away I was already half way there when they canceled my order, two and a half hours after I placed it saying it was now out of stock. Seems kind of like they didn’t grab it for me quick enough even though they had two hours after I placed it. Awesome

I love this store!! Always clean, people always helpful - when I need them, never pushy- and the online shopping is very competitive. I now look at target online before any other place. Plus my 5% target card discount. Love this store!!

MANAGEMENT: This store has the worst cashiers. They either move like sloths or like they’re not getting paid for their jobs and have no consideration for other people time. They use excessive amounts of bags, which so wasteful and expensive.

I went to the register for my purchase and the cashier was new, and didnt know how to help with the app but called for assistance and the service personnel finished my purchase. She then pulled me aside and helped me understand the app and load my payment info. Excellent customer service experience

Price & availability is wht I like mostly abt the website/online ordering. And whneve Im needing to speak with cust serv online or over the phn, Ive always spoken with some1 whos patient, the willingness to help/solve whtevr probs I may be hvng, their very knowledgeable & Im not being put on hold while tht person finds out the answers 2my questions or concerns. Of course Ill recommend target online & in the store(but now Im mainly doing my shopping online due 2the covid-19)

I actually went in to the store to pick up my packages and just look around. It has been a little while since I was in the store as I am on dialysis. I could not get over how wonderful the store looked and how well stocked it was. It was clean and bright and well staffed....everything Wal Mart isnt !!!! Will definitely be shopping there again very soon.

I love Target and I do love they got a Starbucks near my work, it’s very convenient. The workers are always so happy and welcoming. HOWEVER, I am disappointed in Target today. I usually come about 3 times a week to this Starbucks location and I have a GREAT experience every time. Sierra and Karrie are amazing. My coffee is on point. I went this morning and I’m not sure of the name of the girl that helped me, a Hispanic girl, overcharged me and I when I told her it wasn’t right she cut me off asking what I pay so I told her and let her know I’ll pay a little more but what she was charging was just not right and again, cut me off. She was VERY rude the rest of the transaction. After my coffee was made (not how it usually tastes but that’s okay), slammed it down and didn’t even say anything or even get me a straw, like they usually do but still, that’s fine. I still said thank you and grabbed my own straw. I work in customer service and if something is not right, we try to figure out what it is or at least explain why something is the way it is the NICEST away possible. Very disappointed. Awful start to a Saturday morning. I will ONLY get coffee from this location if Karrie and Sierra are working from now on.

Probably the worst Target Ive ever been to. Ive placed Drive Up orders three times in the last six months where I didnt receive some of the items Ive paid for. I have to return to the store and go in to Guest Services to fix it, and theyve never once apologized. I love Target, but this one needs new management.

The recent redesign looks nice. This a good multi-purpose shopping destination. Some of the departments could be more robust, but that is mitigated because it isnt a Super store and I dont need it to be my primary store for everything anyway.

Favorite store for trendy items. Always a great shopping experience. Best customer service for a retail store!

I absolutely love Target; however since they have remodeled this location; I feel like the womens clothes are all chopped up into different sections making it harder to find things; and the shoe department dwindled down to almost nothing. I honestly miss the way that it WAS. The kids clothing has a great selection; and I love the bedding and home accent departments.

Target stores are always so lovely. The new womens clothing label, Wild Fable, has me back interested in buying my wardrobe at Target (which I used to do back in my teens for school, but I have visited American clothing stores less as an adult, as I have shopped various international brands). I love the name plus everything in the line, and I think it is beyond compare to the value of offerings from most competitors. Bought a brilliant Caboodles cosmetic case in green marble. My mom has one, as well. The lingerie and loungewear are just splendid, too. I adore the skincare options, including the Korean brands that are available (without the special K-beauty orders I used to have to place to online boutiques or on Amazon). Even better, I can pick up food items, stationery, and home decor while I am on my trip. Short, efficient checkout lines in general for customer service. Then, there is Starbucks. Sweet trip all around.

Christina is completely racist and refused to helped me but was willing to help another customer who came after me—she happened to be white. Terrible customer service here, I’ll never come again.

My online order is still processing over an hour after placing my order. It seems to be stuck in the processing.

I love Target. However, this location is a hot mess. My biggest frustration is that they are constantly out of stock of things and their shelves are never stocked. I went in 2 times in an almost 2 week period for baby things, and it was like over the 2 weeks, nothing in the baby section was restocked in that timeframe. I depend on Target to have lots of things that other stores don’t have and if I order online to have it shipped to the store, THAT takes forever too. Something needs to happen soon, because I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if this keeps happening.

There were no checkout lanes open and I was forced to use the self checkout. I do not work for Target so I feel I should not have to do someone elses job.

Clean and very neat, always. Good variety of products, decent prices. Recently remodels improved the overall quality of the store in general.

Very Pleased how fast my order was received and I received in one day I ordered and I picked up!

Order product on line...picked it up...it was thwrong product...did not have any in stock even though the web site indicated it was in stock. The good news is the on line price was almost $6 less than the product on the shelf.

This Target has always felt very comfortable. Its not real big, so you can check out the clearance racks in about 15 minutes. Tell Samuel I said hi!

Cash out lines are always quick. Starbucks option is nice. The employees have always been friendly, even when it was black Friday and Christmas eve.

I recommend this to yound families and college students. Has everything you need for the dorm from groceries to decor and clothing. Great prices too.

This is an older store that needs to be updated. They dont stock as much home decor as other Targets. However they have a decent womens apparel selection.

Took out the popcorn and Icey section. Do not like the upgrade. Appears to be a lot snobbish atmosphere. Before it was more of a family oriented atmosphere. Will no long go there for my shopping.

Be fully aware, there are zero riding carts in this store only a push rickety wheelchair cart. Not a handicap accommodating store which makes it very unappealing to me and my family. Not impressed with the staff, they are not helpful and rudely and loudly gossip while stocking shelves right by you without offering help or with any acknowledgement at all for that matter. A big store full of overpriced nothing to be real honest.

We just moved to Abilene and this Target is extremely outdated! I felt like I walked into the year 2002 when I entered this Target. The customer service was great! The store is small and lacks in the grocery items. I dont see myself shopping at Target much in the future if this is my only option.

Little did I know banks were closed on Sunday. I went to several stores to ask for change Walmart etc. they were rude and no one helped. Very small Target. Not a super store like Im used to, but I was pleasantly surprised at the clothes. 3 stars because it needs to be a big store so that it can compete with the 2 Walmarts in town.

TRYING TO WORK WITH YOUR WEDDING REGISTRY APP WAS TERRIBLE. tHEN I HAD A VERY HARD TIME TAKING THINGS OFF THE REGISTRY BECAUSE IT WAS CHRISTMAS AND WE LOST THE RECEIPT AND HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
