I was hit and needed my car repaired quickly as my husband and I were planning a trip to the northeast. I called 5 different places and none of them could help me for 2 months. My husband called Key City Collision because we were told by a friend how great they were. When I looked at their reviews online, it verified what we were told. The owner told us to come in the next day and he would look at our car. When I told him about our plans to travel, he told me to bring in my car at the beginning of the following week and he would take care of me. I took it in on a Tuesday and he had it repaired on Friday. He dealt with the insurance company and was very professional. I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend Key City Collision to anyone. I will surely use them in the future.

I had hit a tree and busted out the back glass on my vehicle, my insurance company was contracted with 3 shops in Abilene and 2 of them would not even look at my car for at least a month and said they would not get my car into the shop for at least 2 months. Key city was willing to at least look at my car on the same day as the accident, and not only gave me an estimate right away but they covered my back window with collision plastic and went ahead and ordered the parts needed for the job before I left their shop. As soon as my parts came in the next week they got my car in and got it fixed promptly. I would recommend them to anyone!

Key City went out of their way with making sure my car was fixed. They origanaly gave me a three week estimate to fix it but we had a trip planed for the week prior and I really needed my car. WOW!!This is the first time Ive had to take my vehicle to get repaired and I will never take it anywhere else. Key City Collision made it extremely easy, even helping me with questions that did not have to do with the repair of my vehicle. I got updates and always felt I was in the loop when it came to the repair of my vehicle. Airbags had deployed and ruined the headliner of my vehicle, seatbelts and even the front seats. The repairs made my Yukon look better than I expected! Though I was given a estimated date, Ricky did let me know it depended on if they were able to get all the parts from the vendors on time. Only 1 was late, but instead of waiting until the following Monday, they got it completed he day the last part arrived, today, so I could have my vehicle back. When I picked it up Ricky walked through the vehicle with me and I was so impressed! Not only did they repair my vehicle beyond satisfaction, they cleaned the outside and inside of it. And Laura, who took my deductible payment, was so sweet. This place really made me feel that they not only cared about how they did, but how I felt they did. Amazing customer service. OMG, I had picked this place as my shop of choice for a body work to be done om my daughters car just before she took off to college. I went by my guts feelings from the reviews I found on this page , Guys these reviews are so true... The guy Ricky promised me they were going to do everything to get the car out of the shop on time since this was a last minute thing due to an accident. My teenage daughter timidly asked if he could also resurface the car so it can look shiny, ( you know teenager going off to college, showing off) and Ricky promised her he was going to do it for her. When we picked up this car is was unbelievable sparkling shiny almost like new. They went above and beyond expectations, the body, head lights and everything was shiny. My wife was driving our 2016 Ram 1500 in the City Limits of Abilene Tx when suddenly a cow ran out in front of her. The impact did extensive damage to the front end of the truck. With the amount of damage my wife and I were a little skeptical about how it would look after repairs. Key City Collission performed a miracle and now the truck looks brand new. It’s actually unbelievable how good of a job they did. The entire staff were extremely professional and they kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. They also handled everything with my insurance company. I hope you are never in need of a body shop, but if you are I highly recommend this one!

Walked in was immediately given a “why are you here look.” I asked the main guy what the soonest appointment he had available. It was extremely awkward and he angerly said “mid January” I said “Ok, I was hoping for something sooner but I will wait because I’ve read your reviews on line and none of them are bad.” He said “ok.” I asked about quality and finished product and my “OCD” like expectations. He fires back and says “Well, thats just the wrong attitude to have....” he then says “I can fix it but ocd is the wrong attitude!” I work very hard to afford what I have and I take very good care of what I have (And no someone hit me.) I was only looking for someone that takes pride in their work and is about the customer. I would have thought these weren’t issues based on the reviews. At this point I’m very confused about the poor customer service but then he referred me to Laurence Hall or Arrow Ford. At this point I realize this isn’t the place I read it was. Be warned!!!!
