After picking up my 2017 Nissan Titan I had to take it to a different shop to complete the repairs and additional repairs. My fan shrouds and air dam were left off (purposely), the mechanic and manager told me they were not necessary. This led to my truck overheating and causing additional damage. **note while driving my truck did cool appropriately, but while running and parked the missing pieces led to incorrect airflow and overheating** thanks guys

Took my car in for transmission issues. Upon receiving the car back initially, I noticed gear oil leaking from the car. To keep a long story short, after the the car has been back to Miers 3 times, and over $3,000 in service charges, the car is still leaking oil from the replaced transmission.Their response to this is to have me pay another $1,000 for labor to replace the bad transmission that they installed.Yes, I agreed to a used transmission and declined labor warranty on the part. But the part installed was defective to begin with and this was readily apparent even to a non mechanic.With this logic, they can replace any part they want with defective parts and have you on the hook once it goes bad. Which in my case was immediately. The car hasn’t drivable since they ”fixed” the transmission.They refuse to replace the defective transmission that they installed, and blame me for not adding a labor warranty.Now I’m out $3000 and the car cannot be safely driven.I’m not one to bad mouth a business, but if you value your hard earned money. Might think twice before taking your car here.

Absolutely the best mechanic in town. The only place Ive go to now. Since Jay took it over, the place has only been going up. Absolutely great guys work here. Shaye is great! I can call him or Jay for any questions. They are fast and can usually get you in same day. They work with you and explain everything as you go. Very communicative about each step and where you need to go. Very affordable. Love these guys!

Always the friendliest guys that are willing to help solve any problem you throw at them. Seem honest and have the best work ethic that you just dont get from alot of places anymore.

I would not recommend you buy a car from here! They are fast they will get you financed and then the next week your truck or car will be back there again. Four of us purchase vehicles then next week they were all back there in the shop in the back of the car lot!

I wish I could explain how much better of an experience I had at Miers than at the dealership in town. Ford certified technician, ZERO hassle, car was fixed BEFORE they said it would be and for the price they said it would be. They picked me up when my car was ready, and are actually nice people. No stress, great service, and they treat you exactly like you’d expect to be treated. I’m not worried about where I’ll take my care anymore if it breaks, these guys have my business from now on. Do yourself a favor, skip taking your vehicle to the dealership and bring it to Miers.

I had a problem when my stop engine light came on with the 4 Lo and 4 Hi lights flashing. Toyota service gave me two weeks before service. I went to 4M off of Industrial Drive. The mechanic came out, fixed the problem and I was back in the road in thirty minutes. Every time I have used 4M, has been fast and professional. Thanks 4M!
