The selection of silk flowers were slim. But the clerk was kind!

Be careful when shopping there specially right now, You better have the exact amount, they wont even break a bill or give change.Very frustrating and annoying. So I will no be back anytime soon. Not going to be forced to pay only one way.

Good selection of art supplies flowers, and collector items plus decor items are up to date and brilliant.

When youre into crafting or wanting to decorate your home or office this is a quick easy place to run into. Their prices a little bit higher than in comparison to other compared competitors but what you cant find somewhere else come look here. Its good to have more than one choice in your city. Staff is friendly is located in a shopping strip mall so its easy to pop in there and then go to other stores around the area.

Very nice and organized. Found way more than I was looking for. Lots of cute fun seasonal crafts to do with the kiddos. As well as whatever you need for any hobby. The people working the registers are not always very nice though. At least the last few times Ive been in there.

The Lady in Framing (Renee) worked with us so patiently to ensure we got just EXACTLY what we wanted. Our print was a huge custom size and she more than helpful. I cant wait to get it home!!!

The store is clean if a bit cluttered. It is not handicapped friendly. There is stuff at the end of the isles that make it hard for someone with a scooter to turn the corner. Aside from that the stuff is cute and the people are nice.

One stop shop for all things craft related. Gift stuffers. Unique niche products. Yarn, lots of yarn. Did I say yarn? I just love their selection, coupons and sales.

Really 4.5 the flower making/fake flower department takes up the entire middle section of the store annoyingly. It takes up space for other things is all. (Unlike a lot of others ive been to)BUT other than that its still a good Michaels

For context: I have worked at Michael’s in the past (2015-2018) and I was a manager for some of that time.We were not greeted when we walked in and the store was very disorganized. The “manager” and another employee were standing around talking. Both my husband and I made eye contact with them and got death glares. We still were not greeted at this point in time.Their greenery aisle was the worst in the whole store. There was entire peg hooks that had fallen and been left there. Other aisles were really messed up also with items scattered and out of place.The only reason I’m not giving this store a 1-star review is because of our cashier. She was sweet, made eye contact with us and smiled throughout the entire transaction.

I came to Michaels today to buy some jewelry making supplies. They always have beautiful things to choose from but I noticed that their jewelry making Supply section is not as big as that used to be. I used to go here all the time for jewelry supplies, but their selection is kind of small. Hobby Lobby has a larger jewelry supply section now, where Michaels used to be just as big if not bigger. I hope they decide to expand the supply section soon. They also offer 40% off coupons that you can get online as a mobile coupon. They still have a nice selection of crafts and supplies. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Store was neat, clean and orderly and I found the art supplies that my son wanted and will return again.

Very helpful service. I went in and the cashier informed me that they had a teacher discount of 15% off and that they had a coupon for 50% off one item and told me they would match hobby lobbys 40% off coupon. I was expecting to spend around $60 on supplies to ice Christmas cookies and walked out spending $23. I normally go to hobby lobby for supplies but Michaels bas won me over.
