Had to stop in to get a few things to diagnose some issues in our new restaurant location. The staff were very helpful with locating the items I was sent to get and offering guidance on what I may need. I went in needing several things and was guided around to grab them after asking where I could find one of the items. They made it quick, painless, and easy to get in and out quick so I could get back to solving other problems.

I am always so pleased to come here! My husband and I always receive great service. Even if the staff are busy with other customers, they make sure to check on us and answer our questions. Mathias is my favorite go to guy! He is beyond amazing. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and great with handling and keeping kiddos occupied while answering questions for you. Im not really a box store person, but I have zero issues with Best Buy because of its staff.

HUGE shout out to Mat! He was outstanding. My husband and I had been several times before to look at phones, never could get anyone to help or answer questions (were told to use the app). Thankfully we met Mat. He answered all of our questions, was honest with us and beyond helpful - plus wasnt pushy and patience with us. Between helping other customers, employees and ourselves, he did fantastic.My husband and I both agree we will go straight to Mat when we need anything else.

This one star review is for the sole reason that it is impossible to call the number listed on Google and talk to an employee at the store. The automatic system does not want to pass me through to the actual physical store, and instead forces me to wait on hold for a call center representative. If I wanted that type of service, I would just order online. The entire point of a physical store is ease of communication and purchase.

The service here is excellent. Everyone knows where to find anything and everything. They take as much time as you need when assisting you. The prices are pretty reasonable and go from low to high, so everyone has decent options. Theyve got a pretty good selection of items and always seem to have the hottest new technology items available. The Geek Squad is also great and extremely helpful. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to fixing computers. You DO have to make an appointment in order to get help from the Geek Squad, but thats ok. They are busy people for sure! I definitely recommend the Best Buy located in the Abilene Mall.

Just went in to get a new laptop and when asked the employee for help he would not even talk to us he said unless we put a mask on. Normally this would not be a problem except over half of the people in the store were not wearing mask and three of the employees behind the counter were not wearing them either. Then he turns right around and helped another couple that was not wearing a mask. Also everything in the store was being touched by everyone and no body cleaning anything. You lost business and will not be back. Terrible customer service

I understand there is a pandemic and that businesses have the right to require a mask. I do not wear them by choice however, this store let me walk in and all through the store without a mask with many others along with me. I walked past several employees and representatives without issue. It was not until I had gotten all of the way to check out that I was told they could not check me out without a mask. So if I had COVID, I just walked through spreading it all through the store and so did many others. Does that make any sense? I will never go there again. Amazon is cheaper anyway.

I have purchased 2 TVs, a Washer, dryer, oven, sound bar, and a Samsung cell phone. Recently my almost new home phone charger stopped working and was less than 2 months old.They would not replace it and wanted to sell me another. I was told I should have purchased a extended warranty. I will not be going back to Best Buy.

Awful. I have always used Verizon and got my phone if broken within 24 hours. I made an appointment last Thursday the soonest they could see me with Geek squad was Saturday. I was told they are updating there system and couldnt see me when Saturday got here. I was sent to another place. Made an appointment through the number given that they failed to make. Went to best buy again and they wanted to make me another appointment. I Fina went to Apollo computers that takes apple care. My son couldnt rember his apple ID and pass word and do unfortunately I have to go back to best buy and get proof of purchase from them to try and get it. He has the information on his phone which is broke. Iys a nightmare. They also will not help you or do service with you without a mask. They will turn you away without one. Of course they will give you one. Just an FYI.

Recently went for a camera and although it took a little long to get help, since they were busy, it was worth the wait. The lady helping us was very knowledgeable and gave us honest opinions and feedback. Before this visit a few weeks ago I went for a tablet and that was a very pleasant visit as well. As far as electronics this is by far my favorite store. My doorbell and other accessories come from this store.

The overall item is nice and works just as described. HOWEVER, I would not order from this store. They didnt install my washer correctly which in end caused it to dump water all over my floor and my downstairs neighbors ceilings were done for. And dont try to get a reimbursement or store credit because then theyll ignore your calls.

I was very disappointed. For years, I have bought movies from Best Buy for Christmas. They do not have a movie section anymore. Only one display with new releases. I was told they only sell during the holidays. Very limited on what they had.

Pretty much like any chain Best Buy would be expected to have. Employees are generally helpful when you can find one who isnt already helping someone. Hint: dont go on Saturday, it is a mall after all.Plus points for speedy responses on any complaints on surveys, they do get read. Overall: B-Better than average, not amazing. Its a retail store, what more do you want?

After the fact (2017), should have posted then and place responsibility as a consumer (expensive lesson learned), but disappointed nevertheless by the staff of the computer/electronics for lack of advisement.Purchased their more high-end iMac thinking it was the 2017 model to find out I had purchased a late 2015 model. Feel a bit duped in the end. However, whether the staff knew it or not they were a very friendly staff, helpful and wanting to give assistance so praise them for that.

Store is ok. We buy most electronics there. Was going to buy a 1200.00 phone, but sales girl was not in a nice, friendly mood, so we left. Ordered from Amazon instead! Teach salespeople how to act with customers and the store would have made a nice sized sale! I will remember who she is so I dont use her services next time!

One of your employees was very rude towards me. I was in line. The lines were confusing and out of no where he tells me to get back to the end of the line when I was next. Hes a short haired white guy. We are Hispanic. I felt a little ashamed but I figure hes the one wholl have to answer for that. I wont be going to Abilene best buy any more. Ive purchased a lot from store and feel like some of the employees at that store have issues and take them out on customers. Guy better be glad I was in a good mood!!

Aweful customer Service! And to make it worse they let everyone including myself shop without a mask shoulder to shoulder. (Which Im ok with) and tell you its required to wear a mask before you use the credit card machine and check out??? They WILL NOT check you out without a mask even though youve shopped for 30 mins without one. Best Buy management has lost all common sense!

Went to purchase cell phone solar charger and a Dell laptop. The salesperson (who is behind a plexiglass divided sales desk) ask me to put a mask on, even though our state is open and mask free. I ordered the charger because I was already there. I will buy my laptop from someone who is more in line with my states Government regulations. I have medical issues with breathing and didnt even care about that.

I waited almost 2 hours to be called to buy a phone. Once I told them what phone I wanted it literally just took 5 minutes. They didnt activate it for me (it was unlocked) and they got me a bronze (rose gold) instead if the mystic gray that I asked for. I didnt notice until I was already outside and refused to go back inside.

One of the worst customer service company in the world of electronics. I will NOT shop there again unless if it is necessary. Its a regret there werent any local competitive electronic store near by. I was humiliated and accused of theft while I was trying to return an SD card that was purchased online. I have my receipt and came in the Abilene store to do a return and get a price difference due to the sale. The security (yellow shirt) associate directed me to customer service counter. Went to the counter directly to the customer service. Associate question my integrity of where locked up item SD card came into my possession. The associate didnt know what to do and didnt know how to proceed the transaction. Call for manager. Manager was rude and not very apologetic and walked away as though I was deceased. Corporate will never look at incident like these because of bad policy on customer service and on top of that making assumption toward electronics consumers that every time they shop they are thieves rather than a buyers. Be aware of how you shop. Bad policies always turn into a worst brand corporation. Trust and integrity should always comes first.
