I went into Lincare because I had a broken head gear. I was told they do not give supplies out of the office and they would look at ordering me a new one. The person took all my information and said if there is a problem I will call you. A week later and I finally call back and speak to Linda who tells me she will need to call me back. Well I finally called back extremely upset and don’t even talk to Linda I talk to Greg (manager). He tells me basically nothing was done and nobody called me back. I have to describe why I came into the office for the third time and they still don’t even have an idea. Finally he tells me he is gonna look into it and call me back and then I can decide if I want to drop them and switch to somebody else. I highly doubt there will be a phone call and as a pre-emptive I called Innovative Sleep Center in Aberdeen and have been more than helpful. Just so people know Lincare is not the only show in town.

Lincare has been wonderful for the needs of my brother in-law. Very pleasant to deal with friendly staff and they go above and beyond.

They dont care if you can breath or not!
