I was greeted immediately when I walked in and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I was and so was ushered to that isle. The emloyee then asked if I had any other questions. She also was at the checkout and was so courteous and helpful. I was very impressed and left the store a very satisfied customer.

Great customer service! I came in pretty late to get my copies made, but they still treated me with great customer service and stayed past closing to try to get my job done.

My son bought a laptop for college on a Friday. Sales staff said it takes about 24 hrs to load software on it and it should be ready for pickup on Saturday. We went to pick it up on Sunday, allowing an extra day to set it up. Lo and behold its NOT ready. Personnel told my son they would call when it was done leading him to believe it would be done Sunday before we left Aberdeen. We stopped back an hour or so later to check. And discovered that apparently service techs dont work Sundays, so in reality they lied twice. Some guy sitting in the office stuffing his face finally came out and claimed they will next day UPS it when done. Do I believe them? NO. Didnt seem like he really cared theyd promised it a day earlier and was rather rude. BTW it normally wouldnt be a big deal but its a 120 mile round trip, last time I checked gas wasnt free. If they treat all customers like this its no wonder the parking lot and store are always empty.

A couple guys asked if I needed help. But a David actually walked me to what I was looking for. Very helpful! Even making me laugh. Aaaaand carried the desk mat out for me......in the rain. ( he also gave suggestions as to what I needed) No pressure.Even thanking ME for helping his time go by . :)

Disappointed with Office Max/Depot. I bought a wrong print cartridge and didnt realize until I got home. I live 160 miles from Aberdeen and the only way I can exchange the cartridge is in person. I cant mail them my receipt and print cartridge and have them exchange it. Poor customer service as far as Im concerned.

My experience was AWFUL! I went in to the store to buy a computer. I looked at the display models and picked out the one that would work for me. One half hour passed and no one came to wait on me so I left. A sales associate helped another gentleman buy a computer and saw I was shopping, however I was not waited on. Office max just lost a sale due to poor customer service and I will not promote your store!
