Lied to me about doing a carrier switch then needlessly sold me 2 phones, which invalidated my carrier switch refund just so they could make a $200 bonus commission. Spent hours getting it fixed at a different tmobile location. Do NOT trust.

THE WORST CELL PHONE EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE!!!! They didnt have any phones in stock when we came in to buy 2 new phones and a 2 line premium prime package service. We left the store with 1 phone we didnt actually want, and got home to discover we had no internet service at all! We attempted to return the phone and cancel our nonexistent service (less than 48 hours later) and were told they cant refund our purchase! The customer service employee (Dillon) gave us a scribbled 800 number on scrap paper to call and set up a mail in return!We paid cash. The manager (Nolan) informed us they cannot refund cash because they dont carry cash! But they accept cash!This is a shady place to do business to say the least. Refuse to refund a product and service that does not work! Unbelievable! Stay away!!!

Chloe and Conner were just a joy to work with in resolving the replacement of a broken phone. I left it on top of my car and drove off and it went flying with a disasterous landing.Anyway, I love happy endings and the attitude and help I received here was and is greatly appreciated. Dealing with a large company can be mechanical, even with humans involved. Chloe and Conner took it to a personal level of caring and respect, that have earned my respect and gratitude!!I highly recommend this Sprint team!!!

I received assistance from Connor Derting to upgrade my phone, and my phone only, not my plan. I thought I had good service until I started receiving overage emails for the data plan on one phone line. I have been with sprint since 1998 and have six lines on my plan with unlimited data. These phones all use a crazy amount of data, so when I received a 200 dollar overage fee, I about fainted.I called sprint customer support to find out what was going on as again, I did not authorize any changes to my plan, only to upgrade the phone. After an hour of being on hold, the representative informed me she needed to call Connor at the sprint store I made the changes. Well, apparently, he informed her that he verified with me that I did not want unlimited data on one phone line, and to change it to 3 gigs. Is he smoking crack today? Why on earth would I authorize you to change it to 3 gigs knowing this phone uses about 20 gigs of data a month. Trying to cover your ass for a costly mistake to my plan is very, VERY poor customer service. If you go to this sprint, I highly recommend you go over your changes with a fine tooth comb, because apparently they change it to whatever the heck they want and then lie about it when they get caught. Also, why is it I am looking at my plan details that were emailed to me and it is accurate on this with the unlimited data, but then somehow it got changed? Horrible Customer Service!!!!!

My 75 year old father went in the store with a flip phone and needed a new one. They gave him exactly what he needed and didnt try to talk him into anything more.In addition they went above and beyond what they had to do. His charging port doesnt work and Bluetooth wouldnt connect. This means contacts cant be transferred. The girl working wrote them down and programmed them into the new phone.Thank you for taking such excellent care of my Dad!Another experience with this location. My Mom is now 75 and I had talked her into trying a smart phone. We worked with Blanca abs Michael. They made us both feel like we were wanted in the store. Because my mom had a flip phone they couldnt transfer contacts electronically and Blanca typed them individually.She took her time to make sure my mom was comfortable with her new phone before we left.Thank you!

The manager is very nice... But the actual phone service is not good. The commercials are wrong !!! We only had 1 bar... The phone calls were breaking up in us, we had them for 1 week, and one day... Could not stay with the service. Also, they did not tell us that there was a $45 restocking fee... Outrageous. I recommend Metro, and Verizon, for this area.

Went into the store to unlock a phone that I had bought person to person. Even though I was moving this phone to my Verizon plan (I dont get Sprint service in my home area) their customer service agent, Deeshawn went above and beyond to help me with my objective. Even stayed late after his shift was finished to make sure this was taken care of. When Sprint comes to my home area Ill definitely look at switching!

Terrible incompetence and follow up. Chloe the manager, failed at every level in my dealings with her. She made commitments to me and did not follow up on any of them. This store should be avoided, drive the extra miles and go to Olympia. If you like grief, this should be your destination!!

The manager was very nice, had to fix all the mistakes...the workers could not handle. They made us feel like we were their first customers but they had been there for over a month. The service is not what the commercials say it is... We only had 1 bar...our calls were breaking up. Couldnt get any of my messenger calls....then, to top it off, when we took everything back, after 8 days ( there is a 14 day satisfaction)There was a $45.00 restocking fee for all 3 items we got !!!! Terrible !!! I do not recommend Sprint at this time... If T-Mobile takes over, it will change...but I would not choose them. Metro or Verizon.... Those are what I recommend.

Ive been with Sprint for around 6 years, and any time I have ever had a problem, I have gone to this local Sprint store here in Aberdeen! They have helped me with every thing I have ever needed to deal with, from adding new lines to my plan, to helping me understand the details of my bill.Every single person with a Sprint shirt on has always gone above and beyond what was asked.Today, they called me up, because my new Samsung Galaxy S8+ had come in a little earlier than we had expected it to.As soon as I showed up, I was greeted with a friendly hello, and the fantastic news about my phone being here.While Tiffany and I were setting up my new phone, we spoke of the potential of adding a new line to my plan for my son, and other ways to help me get the most out of my account.Our conversation went so well, that I ended up back in the store a few hours later with my son, to add a new line for him!Anyways, long story, only slightly shorter,The friendly people down at the local Aberdeen Sprint Store,have always gone out of their way to make sure I leave the store completely satisfied. :)

A friend of mine went in today to switch her nephews Iphone 5c to a 6 she already owned, she dealt with Dustin she was told she could not do it as she is not on the account which I completely understand. She asked if the SIM card could just be switched over since it was the same since this can be done with 99% of phones. She was told no it was not compatable and had to but another at a cost of $36!!!-When she told me about this I called customer service and was told that not only can the SIM card be switched but there should not have been a charge for a new one! When she asked if she could bring it back she was told it was a $20 restock fee!!I went in to inquire as to why she was sold a card at $36 when the cards are interchangeable and customer service said they were free. Dustin looked me in MY eye and told me no they were not that customer service was wrong. After I told him she would be returning it tomorrow and not paying any restock fee with my back turned in a very smart aleck tone he says ADIOS BUDDY...Not a very good way to handle customer service having been in the customer service business quite a while myself I would never have treated someone like that. Since I was considering switching from my current carrier to Sprint I will keep my 7 lines where they are and pay a little extra for better customer service!!!

They choose not to help customers with phone issues. Just send them on a hundred mile round trip journey to get them fixed. They have phones and computers to do a diagnostic on the unit. Either fix or replace under warranty on the spot. Would say the manager was a jackass, but that is an insult to donkeys everywhere that are actually doing their job.

From the manager to the clerks theyre all trained to lie to you from the second you get in there they dont throttle you the they wont change your prices you can easily get out of your contract all these things were thrown at you but the worst thing the worst thing in the whole matter is there coverage sucks so bad and then when you call that store there their whole thing to you is what you need to call Sprint basically they sold you a phone in thats it after that point all those promises mean absolutely nothing but they wrap it up in a nice little cute Sun shiny smile
