My parents were 30+ year auto-fill clients of another supplier. A couple of yrs ago that supplier allowed them to run out of oil midwinter. These things happen in business, but when I called them they were extremely rude and defensive about the error. Moreover, they would not bring any oil until the next day. At the time, my mother was over 80 yrs old and could not stay in a cold home. That drove me to call Ferrell Fuel. Ferrell brought an emergency small load of oil that day and returned soon after to top off the tank. I permanently switched the oil delivery service to Ferrell, and have not regretted that decision once. They are always on time, have very competitive pricing, and every staff member I encounter are always kind and thoughtful. My parents have both since passed on, but my mother always intended to write to Ferrell and express her thanks for their great service. On her behalf, and mine, thank you Ferrell Fuel.

Great prices as always. Paying Cash or Check? They reduce the price per gallon which is a great benefit for those that are budget minded. I have referred several of my clients to them and will continue to do so.

I called to get pricing and was hard to get the salesman to return a call then when he did I asked for price details on what we talked about in a email so I could make a decision on which company to choose and got nothing. I was leaning towards Aero Energy which I did because their prices and options were too good but you would think a company would try to gain business. I guess that tree out front drops checks every payday.

Great customer service. Love this place. Clean, fast pumps especially when pumping 100 gal of diesel. Family owned means they take pride in their business and they surely do. I will make this a routine fuel stop when Im in the area from now on. Oh, and you can access fuel 24 hours a day here.

I have used Ferrell for a few years now and always had good experiences. Today was the best experience yet. 7PM last night I realized I was almost empty and was fearful I wouldnt make it through the night but they were already closed. They opened at 7am this morning. I called at 6:55am, someone answered the phone, I told them how low I was, they said they would be out today. 7:25am, they showed up! They easily could have charged me an extra fee for coming out that quick, but they didnt. I happened to be outside when the delivery came and I thanked the driver for coming so quickly and he asked if I still had heat and which I did. Im sure he would have ran in my basement and did whatever he would need to do to restart it if I had fully run out but luckily that wasnt necessary. They truly are a great company to work with. We have been using Ferrell Fuel for almost 10 years now. They supply Gas, Diesel and Heating oil for our Landscape business in White Marsh. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. We also used Ferrell Fuel to install new heating and cooling systems for our shop and rental properties. The systems they chose are very efficient and are saving us lots of money. We were so impressed with the work they did that we had them install a propane tank and new furnace at my house in Jarrettsville. We are very happy with Ferrell Fuel and will continue to use them in the future.

Prices for on road and off road diesel are reasonable. Office staff is friendly

Would be zero stars if it were a option. Guy Jon just came. Knocked on door asked if tank was full. I said its been full since the last time yall filled it. I said I havent used oil since laster winter. Tank valve is off as well. He said oh, well I wasnt sure, it showed it was full but I tryed to push a little in anyway. So youll have a small bill....Then the driver Jon wrote on my ticket under instructions that I didnt want my bill. I actually said the bill was b.s. which in my English language does not mean I wouldnt pay it nor didnt want it. Jon put bill in door and left. Then I let the dog out, check on him a few minutes later. Jon left the gate open. Dog was gone. I get it the truck. Go find the dog. Ferrell Fuel Co. And Jon are both lucky I found my dog and he was ok.Good customer service/relations Ferrell Fuel.

Will never ever do business with Ferrell fuel again, their delivery truck did several hundred dollars damage to some to some of my personal property, extension ladder, electric line , etc. , I called and talked to manager Chuck who said they are not responsible for the damage their truck did. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to right theyre wrong. I am very disappointed in their behavior and am sorry I ever did business with them

I get my heating oil delivered they always are on time and friendly. I also buy my off-road at there pump. I also get fuel but most of time I dont because there pumps pump to fast for my pick up. Stupid old ford only likes to take fuel slow but prices are always fair

Just moved into a new place. Getting used to having oil heat and didnt relize the tank was almost out. Called to see if they could come out today (saturday) because i heard other people say they have come out on saturdays before. The lady giggled and said not untill monday. Very rude and not very reliable like they say on there page.

Ive been buying my Propane from Ferrell Fuel for a few years and their prices are great, deliveries are on time and their people are professional and very courteous - real professionals!

They always have the lowest prices for the highest-quality gas. Defiantly stop there on a family journey if you need a good fill-up.

Easily accessible. No trash can.

Only thing I dont like is diesel pumps are so slow.
