This location is hands down the best one in town! Ive been to Dutch Bros all over and they are all great but there is just something special about this one. Whatever it, keep it up! The service is so fast and amazing. They are all so friendly to my little girls in the back seat and of course me too! We will be back soon!

Dutch Brothers is our go to coffee place.Though its not an inside place, the drive through employees are friendly. The coffee is way better than the other guys.And, our local Dutch Brothers is only a block away.

Dutch Bros is my favorite go to coffee place. I love the service and options. Even my hubby who hates coffee and tea loves DB because he enjoys the blended rebels or hot cocoa.

Bigger lady have blonde half black hair didn’t even recognize it was my birthday when I told her 3 times and complete Ignored me when I was trying to make conversation I was born 7/21/1993 and even have my ID I’m very upset with her service. If your not going to be friendly you probably shouldn’t work for Dutch bros

The wait times are getting ridiculous. I appreciate the price tremendously but every where I go is getting a bad or worse as Starbucks. Would be nice if the person at the window talked less to me & maybe see how they can help the batista? Idk, only a thought & opinion 🤷

Ive been going to this Dutch Bros for about 2 years, and they are always nice and seem genuine. Its refreshing to have a cashier who seems actually happy to be at work and not like they are just going through the motions

So delicious!! Very reasonable prices, I usually get a small which (since Ive been there last) $4.75 which is cheaper than most coffee places. There are many substitutes for lactose intolerance- Almond, soy and silk. And of course there is decaf and such. Love it and definitely will come again.

I order the same exact thing every time from this location ( Dirty chai with Oatmilk). The last 3 times Ive ordered it its tasted disgusting and somehow its tasted different every time. I dont know if they changed the chai they use or if they changed employees but it was a mistake either way.

My drink and my wifes drink wrong and didnt give us the size we ordered.

UPDATE 3/21/2018Went back to this location hoping for a better experience given the subpar drinks I had more than a year ago and unfortunately they were still very weak compared to the 205/Mill Plain location. Maybe the other place overdoes it and is costing the company more but that one just has the better drinks to me. If 205/Mill Plain location is the standard for the entire company then Dutch Bros as a whole gets a 5 but this one not so much.

Twice now, Ive had my app open, and they didnt scan it before taking my money. Said they cant add points after you pay; maybe ask customers if they have the app before taking payment?? Today was especially frustrating that my drink was dripping on my lap and had to ask for a napkin....

I just started going to Dutch Bros. at 5700 E 4th Plain Blvd. They make a good cup of coffee. The staff is great, Kaitlyn is very friendly.

Always has friendly staff, but there is always a line...on both sides! They are super popular and very quick! Bonus they are open early a day stay open late!

If you love talking about your dog this is the place to go! Like all Dutch Bros, the staff is very energetic and friendly! As frequent Dutch Bros patrons, my family has had the most mistaken orders here, BUT they are always willing to remake the correct one complimentary!

These people are the best. I work right next to them and will drive up all the time and they are so quick! I get blended rebels and they always have great suggestions💜

Those guys are super full of energy and have great personalities. They have an awesome selection of drinks and are one if the cheapest places in town.

Its not very consistent with coffee preparation. Some days its good, others just okay... still good people though.

My favorite coffee place right now. Theyre always cherry and the cold brew is the best.

This location is good about not being too busy and being able to get you in and out in good time. That being said, over the last few years of being in the area, they rarely get my drink right. Usually its something simple like giving me black coffee instead of white or making it a mocha instead of a breve, but its kind of aggravating sometimes. Three stars because I love Dutch and because they have great customer service, but my order is usually wrong.

I used to be a regular at this location and I gotta say, the staff here are one of the best groups of people you will meet:) they are super welcoming and friendly. The drinks are always perfectly made and tasty!

Best coffee drive through in town. Great coffee, low prices, generous punches, super friendly staff, come out to cars to take orders, excellent selection and super willing to make yours unique. They give freebies to new customers and condolence or congratulation cups to mark life events. They have special events that offer even more ways to get free drinks. Also have a great kids menu.

It took me 25 minutes just to get two drinks they where rude and I had to repeat everything

Love all the people who work here, they are so wonderful and so welcoming. The 1st time my hubby and I went there they gave us our drinks for free. I love going there and getting my signature drink Mango/peach Rebel. So yummy. The only thing I wish they had was pineapple so I could have a mango/pineapple Rebel. You have fantastic employees!

Its amazing!!! I love their lemonade!💖 I always get the watermelon lemonade cut with green tea w/ an extra shot of watermelon. I love their staff, always upbeat and helpful when you want to try something new.

Inconsistent with the amount of flavorings. Sometimes you cant tell they used any and other times it is way to sweet. They prioritize dive drive through even when the weather is miserable for the people at the walk up window.

Went through the drive through, this was the least busy dutch bros I have ever been too. For good reason. We ordered our drinks, handed the girl the punch card and said we have a free one on there she says okay cool not even looking at us. We get the pay kiosk and see it had not been taken off. We politely say oh hey did you take off that drink? She gets irritated and flat out snaps at us telling us that we need to tell her before she hands it to us! Excuse me? We did but you had no interest in what we were saying. You were spaced out. Guess we are just used to that good Black Rock service... 0/10 would not recommend.

Dutch Bros, as always, is a very up place to go and this one is no different. They have a good variety of beverages - not just coffee. They gave the dog a treat. :)The young gal who waited on us was fast, courteous, and so up and friendly you couldnt help but smile.If you need a pick-me-up in calories and mood, this is the place to drive through!

Wow. First time I’ve came to this chain and this spot in general and I was impressed. They were super fast and friendly! I ordered my go to drink, an iced americano with coconut milk and thought it was delicious!
