They do not inspect their cars. If they did, they would have seen the rotted out radiator, very loose bad timing chain, bad wheel bearings and brakes. I took it to their mechanic and was told bad crank shaft sensor. Check engine light came on before I got down the road. Due to lack of trust with them, I took it to my trusted mechanic and i need a entire new engine. I was given a very small check that wont cover much of anything. Regardless of warranty or not. I expected not to be sold a lemon. That is exactly what I received. A Lemon.

So excited. Went in hoping to get a car for my son for around $3000 and left with a very nice Chevy Impala for my son. We paid a little more but it was so worth the extra money to get a reliable, clean car. Thank you so much for working with us! We will definitely be back when we are ready to buy our truck!

So I just bought my second vehicle from Jennifer at carstars in Aberdeen. Our first vehicle was perfect, we purchased it in 2018 and have had zero issues with it. I also had a pretty low credit score at the time but they still worked with us and got me into the vehicle that I wanted to get with pretty low payments. The second vehicle we just purchased my credit score had improved a great deal and I had a preapproval and chose to go back to car stars based on my first experience. They still worked with us and got me into the new vehicle that I wanted and were able to keep my payments at a lower price than was wanting to stay at or under. Both times they had to bring in the vehicles I wanted from their other lots out of town. They always managed to get them within 12 hours to the Aberdeen lot. Over the years I’ve owned roughly 25 vehicles and I can say there are only two people I would purchase vehicles from again, Jennifer at Carstars in Aberdeen and the other being one of my good friends who also sells cars. Out of all those purchases at various dealerships, I would only go to those two people again. Needless to say, they have our business for future vehicle purchases. They will always try to work with people to get them into the vehicle they want and need. They also have a good selection of older and newer vehicles, our most recent purchase is a 2018 ford eco sport with 30k miles. So while they’re a used car dealership, they do still have newer low mileage vehicles. The new car dealerships in town do not seem to like to work with people at all and don’t really seem to care what you want or need, they just want to make sales. Carstars is not like that. Obviously they are there to sell vehicles, but they also want their customers to be happy with their purchases and experiences too. Jennifer, if you see this, Thank you!

A small problem occurred when we got the vehicle back to our house, we called and they got it dealt with right away and properly with absolutely no attitude or questions. We couldn’t be any happier with our vehicle and our experience at Car Stars in Aberdeen WA. The only downside to it all was the body damage that I found after-the-fact. Dent on the roof and very large scratches/chips from the bumper. I just wish we were told about the damage before buying it. I’m aware it’s “as is” so “is what it is.” I do recommend them. Best in Aberdeen, hands down.

We went in looking a reliable A to B car within our small budget. We saw a couple we liked and decided to keep looking elsewhere but we didnt find anything we really liked except at CarStar Auto Sales, so of course we went back and we made the deal on the car we had an eye on. Manny helped us out, gave us all information we need to know about it, he was very friendly about it and not being rude like other car sales men. Good place to buy any used price range car. They also have other options they can bring to this location from their other site which is also a plus.

When doing business with this dealer take the car to a mechanic and have it checked over. They are out to get the money and thats it. I see alot of reviews of them being super friendly and helpful but I know people who they werent to friendly too. At the beginning they were nice but then they started to get rude.

My sister and I had gotten into a bad wreck due to black ice and ended up totaling our vehicle. We spent about two weeks looking for a vehicle that we could afford the payments and had to rely online due to us not having a way to go look in person. Our experience was horrific with unreliable salesmen who only wanted to put us in a vehicle that they wanted us in. Anyways, we called Carstars and was directed to Manny. This guy is an absolute lifesaver! He was caring, understanding and actually wanted us to be happy with what we were looking for. He never once tried to push us into a vehicle that we did not want or something that was way over our price range. Knowing that we could only rely on a friend to get us somewhere for a vehicle on one certain day, Manny even drove the vehicle we wanted to our house for us to see how it looked and how it drove. He even told us about a wonderful loan company that we were able to go through called Northwest Credit. We got an interest at only 9% with no credit! If it wasnt for Mannys suggestion, our only option would have been Reliable Credit which is basically for desperate people, like we were, and badly rips you off. Manny went above and beyond and was absolutely wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a used vehicle to go to Carstars first! There vehicles are also wonderful as well! With clean insides and outsides and they have Carfax for all of them. Thanks for everything Manny!

I can not say enough about this place. My daughters had been in a bad wreck due to black ice and totaled our only vehicle. Test drove a truck check engine light came on said it would get taken cair of so i bought it. it was put in the shop over and over did not get fixed.car lot just dident want to put money in to it i wanted my money back wouldent do that.the payment came due i had only drove the truck a couple days so i contact the finance company thay called them then the car lot said it would take it on trade if i picked out a nother truck so i got stuck with a truck i dident want or take one i couldend drive and i still lost over 3000 dollars would not recommend this lot to anyone

I kept getting the runaround from so many lots even though I had previously been approved. I had a specific car in mind and so did the dealers. They came first and I had no say. Here at Car Stars I got a 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan with all the bells and whistles. Something that everyone in my household has fallen in love with. Even when I found out after getting home that the shade for the sunroof is stuck they said no problem that they will fix it on Monday, other than that this vehicle runs like a dream. I want to thank extensively Manny. I cant thank him enough. He not only got me a wonderful vehicle but also helped me find a finance office that was also as wonderful to get me a 9.9 percent apr which made my payments so low.
