Pharmacy…Waited over an hour in line only to be told they still didn’t have my prescription (that was renewed by phone, the day before) ready and I would need to come back the next day, a 50 minute drive (each way). They said, well, it will be at least another hour. I said I needed the prescription so I would come back in an hour. Came back…waited another hour, standing…to be told the same thing…. now I have been in line for 45 minutes and there are still 2 people ahead of me. Sad state of affairs… hate to leave Rite Aid but…oh great just got to the counter, now they say it still hasn’t even been processed. They again, tell me to come back tomorrow… I can’t, I need the pills today! So now they say that if I can wait for another hour they will do it. Really? It doesn’t matter how busy they are, process improvement is greatly needed. it is now 5:15 and I have been waiting for my prescription all afternoon.. Okay I got a call that my prescription is ready. Went to the window and finally I have it. The one plus… Christine was as helpful as she could be. So sorry she has to deal with this. Just as an aside, I work with colleges across the nation to eliminate long waiting lines for students. Rite Aid needs to hire someone to help improve their process!

I called to ask if I could be issued a new Covid Vaccination Card because my card has my maiden name on it. Im not sure if that would cause me hassle later if asked for vaccination verification. The pharmacist basically laughed about it as if my request was a waste of her time. She told me to just scratch off my maiden name and put my married name on there if I have room on the card. Very rude, horrible customer service. It would have taken her less that two minutes to issue me a new card. Especially since that is where I was vaccinated. I will be changing my pharmacy now.

Pack a lunch because you will be there all day. They have one person working the counter regardless of how long the line gets. Went to get a vaccine. Didnt get it. Waited here almost an hour for them to call me up and send me back waiting because they do not know how to do their jobs efficiently. Go to the one right down the road itll be much less hassle

It took a very very long time to get a prescription refilled, and every time I was told a time, it wasnt ready and was told it would be several more hours. It took 7 hours. The customer service in person and on the phone was awful. The ladies were super rude. The service at the counter was slow and inefficient. If you can, use a different pharmacy!

If every employee who was harassed and given impossible tasks by Manager Dia were to have actually filed a complaint instead of keeping their mouths shut, she would’ve been fired long ago. Shop here in the mornings.

Takes forever to fill prescriptions. Send in a prescription at 130pm, call at 3pm and am told itll be 45 more minutes, show up at 530pm and Im told another 20 minutes.

Never have it ready and tried to say our insurance didn’t cover it until we called the insurance right in front of them. It was worth 200$ to make that call.

Angel, a cashier, is very rude! She never smiles, never friendly, and doesnt even respond back when I tell her thank you and have a nice day. People in customer service should be at least polite!

Everytime i call about my husbands prescription, i get rude girls answering the phone. They dont even let you finish talking and they always sound so irritated and rush you to get off the phone.

Pretty nice staff! The pharmacy is pretty good when they have issues they are pretty good at figuring out what the cause is and direct me in the right direction if it is something that I need to handle. The only downside is the waits for medications. Besides that I enjoy shopping there and getting my medications filled there after my insurance refused Safeway.

Friendly courteous staff that are very aware of your confidentiality and the needs you have and they respect those things are very professional and quick as they possibly can be in the field there in and their drive-thru is a snap and I dont know if he still works there but they used to have a guy that looks just like Prince Harry there so ladies that should be worth going right there right?

Best service ive ever seen in the pharmacy the pharmacist Janice really goes out of her way to help you the drive-through is awesome! One time in two years I was shorted on a medication and they cleared it right up no questions asked but they always check to see if The new med youre on will have a drug interaction with the ones your already on. There just like a family to me theyre great! After only a few times of going they knew my name, truly making you feel like you matter! Nobody enjoys being on medication but it helps to have a great pharmacy to help in your time of need!

As some have said in their reviews, someone there can be rude. I wont mention who because thats not the point. That being said,however,one bad apple doesnt spoil the whole barrel. (A saying us old folks use.) 🙂 the rest of the staff is friendly and very helpful. Also they have gone out of their way to help me several times,so i will do my business there to show my appreciation.

HORRIBLE. TRIED TO TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY AND AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF THEM ATTEMPTING TO CALL MY CURRENT PHARMACY THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE INFORMED THERE WERE NO PRESCRIPTIONS UNDER MY NAME. THEN AFTER I CLEARED THAT UP WITH THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PRESCRIPTIONS HAD TO BE ORDERED AND I HAD TO PICK THEM UP THE NEXT DAY AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I WENT THE NEXT DAY TO PICK THEM UP AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT ORDER THEM YET AND TO COME BACK TOMORROW. THE FOLLOWING DAY I ATTEMPTED ONCE AGAIN AND THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ORDER THESE PRESCRIPTIONS AND I HAVE TO GET THEM FROM MY OLD PHARMACY ONLY WHICH IS OVER AN HOUR AWAY. THEY ARE RUDE AS WELL.

Service Animals always SEEMED to be Welcomed at Rite Aid. And not because Im just Good Looking ☺.But it appears the Pharmacy Lady now has a problem with him.As it appears Many Customers have problems with her. And now I see why.ALL the employees of old, always greet and pet him. And hell play and bark.They enjoy him. And he them.But this particular employee took offense after 10 months of our Tri-Weekly visits,AND as we were on our way out.So we will do our part.

Not once in the 4 years of using this location have they gotten anything right when picking up prescriptions. Its something every single time, wrong meds, insurance not billed, medications that were supposed to be filled but never were. The list goes on. I use them because theyre close but Ill be switching to somewhere further away now.

Not happy with the customer service in the pharmacy. Bleach Blond elderly tech was untruthful. Pharmacist was extremely rude. The really old tech was loud and obnoxious which I was always told...she who tells a lie and gets caught...makes the most noise. I truly hope you dont kiss your kids, grandkids and judging by your age great great grandkids with that ugly lying mouth.

Worst customer service in a 20 mile radius. The staff seems more interested in talking with each other than helping the customers. Especially the front end cashiers. Ive had entire transactions there with not a single hello, eye contact, nothing. Id rather drive to the Hoquium store.

Dropped my prescriptions off was told it would be a half hour wait I told them ok Ill drop by in the morning they took my insurance card info. I called the next day in the am and was asked what insurance I have and that they were not ready. Asthma patients meds should be a Priority not happy with the service so far.

Horrible! Had to complain to the district MG twice now! Most of the staff is out of line rude and just plain out of line. The pharmacist has several times tried to trump my doctor stating her opinion on how my RX MEDS shouldnt be prescribed to me in her opinion...or the mg amount and quantity is to high to be appropriate! A med Ive been in for ten years with zero issues ever! HELLO? Your not a doctor and its not your job to give people you personal opinion on doctors far more competent, how to prescribe!They never do their job, every single time I Refill they screw it up every time or cant bill the ins right! They even were billing the wrong insurance under my name of another customer and refused to accept they were wrong after telling them, and as a result refused to fill meds I desperately needed when I was PREGNANT! Sending me to the ER. It took telling the district gm that I may sue to get anywhere!And the last two times they despensed medications that were not mine! And Im breastfeeding! The first time I caught their mistake before I left the store with another customers medications, the second time I didnt check and left with meds that werent mine that they gave me! Thank god I never bothered to look at what I picked up or I couldve hurt myself and my breast feed baby by god knows what kind of medicine I was despensed?! (If orally swallowed) I left it in its bag so I didnt take them thank god... A week later they called me and I realized I was given another persons meds. I dumped them, but they non chalantly asked me to just run it back by??? This was serious and not treated as such.Highly incompetent and rude! Especially the pharmacist... some staff such as the cashiers are nice. Other than that everything about this pharmacy is inappropriate!My doctors personal assistant finally called them saying they are not doing their job, making me make phone calls to insurance and overrides I know nothing about. The asst personally called me back to say how absolutely rude and inappropriate they are after finally speaking with Janice. I guess they get nothing but complaints constantly!Lastly, meds have never been ready when they said, or Ive been made to come back just to hear they dont have me in their system or they cant be filled for weeks... which again, was another mistake and not true. They mix peoples birthdays and names up and cant keep meds and customers stait!This is dangerous and I cant risk filling meds here anymore. And I tried chance after chance... transferring my meds tomorrow!!#not safe
