I went in for an oil change, service was quick and people were nice and attentive. I waited maybe all of 25 to 30 mins in total. Great job!

Just curious what the point of an appointment is if they can’t honor it? I would suggest possibly calling your scheduled appointments and notifying them of a back up, rather than having them come in only to be told that it’s going to be an hour and a half.

The tires are great, but I went back because of a nail in the tire and he told me I would need a new tire because I didnt buy the road hazard warranty but I did get the flat repair? Ok, what!? I never not get the warranty just because of how much we drive but ok. I paid almost $1000 for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. And the tires were only 133 each. You do the math. Something is wrong. I will never get tires or anything from this place, again and do not recommend them at all.

They were very professional when it came to working on my vehicle and they had me out of there before the time they had told me I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here.

I had to return to get the new tire balanced and transmission fluid leaked in the driveway after I had services on my other vehicle 😒

My first experience started with A very nice man named Rob answering the phone. I called the day before having an issue with my son’s ATV tires. Rob told me to bring the tires in and they would do their very best to take care of it. Today when I arrived I waited just a minute or so. Scott greeted me and asked what he could help with. Scott not only took care of my issue with the ATV tires. He gave me exceptional customer service and I was back down the road. Over the phone I spoke with Robby. With my limited knowledge on vehicles he was able to help navigate and also inform me with any and all questions I had. Incredibly respectful and professional. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a clean interior, they already had a general idea of what I needed and wanted done. He answered any and all questions I had and was incredibly patient with me, helping me out along the way. As I was speaking with Robby, I noticed Scott handling other customers in the same professional genuine manner. Everyone in here was happy and satisfied with their customer service, myself included.I had an extensive amount of work done to my car, yet I never heard any discontent nor complaining from anybody despite the fact that it was a lot to do at one time. They even went ahead and notified me to a problem will arise in the future and I went ahead and got a fuel injection as well. They did NOT pressure me into this. They simply explained what the problem was and told me it wasn’t an issue at the time, it was completely my own decision to make the purchase.I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Robby and Scott for their astounding customer service and knowledge, as well as Brandon and Eric who did the work on my car with no complaints, and in a good timely manner for the work being done.Do yourself a favor and come here for automotive needs. Avoid at all cost! They damaged my vehicle and then had they audacity to try showing me edited footage. Then a guy claiming to be the manager became rude and belligerent to me in front of my children when he knew he was caught! I have filed a police report, contacted corporate to get them to view that video, and will be demanding that it be shown in court. They have been caught red-handed.

Used to be a good place to buy tires. I went in last Monday, May 18 and ordered 4 new tires for my car. I was told they would be in the following Monday (yesterday). I went in yesterday, assuming I had an appointment already set up, they had 8 days to get my tires -- what could go wrong?Well... Went in yesterday, no tires. Were sorry, but because of the holiday... Theyll be here tomorrow.So, I go back in today... No tires.They say it takes a long time to find a customer, but only seconds to lose one. Theyve lost me as a customer forever. I wont be back. There are better places to buy tires...

Nice laid back place and looking forwards to coming back again very local for me and not to bad got a nice discount too but was my first time coming here today i finally made it too get something done .i was also wondering will there be an mileage sticker on when too come back for the next service or like an set date too come back for the ones that dont know too much .but me i will be checking my oils until then thats what i did the first time and had help too check them.i love the coffee.

We were travelling to see family from ny to va.we were hit in the wheel on i 95 . we stoped at this shop. the man who opened was nice enough to let us use the bathroom well before opening.they inpected our car right away. they did an excellent job hammering out the bent rim and getting our car back roadworthy . im very thankful we chose to stop at this shop. thank you

Worked with Audi to get brakes fixed for my truck. Excellent customer service. I had a limited budget at the time and Audi went through and helped me get all the essential things I needed in order to keep me safe while saving me some money. Outstanding job by the entire team. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half! I will definitely be taking my vehicle here all the time.

My wife and I live and travel full-time in a 35 ft., 15,000 lb. fifth wheel RV. Im partial to a specific brand of commercial load range G trailer tire and wanted to install some on our new RV. Rob at NTB in Aberdeen was able to order the tires and gave me a good price. Prior to the appointment day, I was told where the best place would be to park the 55 ft. long rig (trailer plus long bed crew cab dually truck) on the property. I used the hydraulic leveling system to lift each side of the trailer for the guys to do the work. They were careful with the capped lug nuts and alloy wheels. They lubed the beads of the OEM tires before removing them (very stiff side walls on these heavy-duty trailer tires) and lubed the beads on the new tires before putting them on the wheels. Each tire and wheel was dynamically balanced. When putting the wheels back on the rotors, an impact driver set to 100 ft. lbs. was used in the proper pattern. The lugs were finally taken to the 110 ft. lb. specification with a manual torque wrench - again in the proper sequence pattern. I couldnt be happier with the service I received with this purchase.

Audi and Sidney were extremely polite and helpful. I came in to have a tire replaced. Instead of taking advantage of me they took the time to find the real issue which turned out to be a cracked rim. They provided me with info to find a rim at a good price. It was definitely appreciated. I’d recommend this NTB location.

I took my sons car in for an oil change and new tires, and ended up needing new lug nuts, tire sensors, and an alignment. It cost more in time and money than I had planned--it happens--but my entire experience from beginning to end was professional, friendly, and respectful. I interacted mostly with Scott who took the time to explain each of the issues that came up, what needed to be done to fix them, and how much it was going to cost. At no time did I ever feel as if I was being talked at or down to because I am a woman, something I really appreciated! (The same can not be said of other automotive places in HarCo.) Well definitely be repeat customers.

I had gone to see about plugging/patching my tire. Audie was kind and honest, not something you see at places like this. Even though my tire is not able to be plugged/patched, I will be returning there for other things with both vehicles only because of Audies honesty and professionalism. And eventually for a new tire.

I was all over the place about if we could afford all 4 tires but James was so friendly and professional, it was amazing! Even after I canceled the tires and called back and told him to go ahead, he never lost his friendly demeanor. I will never take my car anywhere else. My car is driving like brand new. Mr. Audie helped me out of a jam on Mothers Day, let alone Sunday when my car battery decided to die unexpectedly. I just barely managed to get it started, called them on my cell because they were the only people open on Sunday and I didnt want to shut the engine off with a dead battery. I told him what was going on, and he told me that they could put the battery in, and to bring it by, he had a jump box if needed. I got there, and he got me an Interstate Mega Tron Plus 72 month battery installed right away. Props to these guys for doing it on a Sunday, let alone in an emergency. Thank you for your help. It is running great so far, keep up the good work.

I came here and purchased new tires and an alignment. My car pulls to either side and I have already bought it back once for it to be corrected. I love the tires but need you guys to fix the alignment I paid for. I mean come on now treat people the way in which you would like to be treated.

Came in because I thought there was a nail stuck in one of my tires but the tech informed me that the reason that I had a slow leak was from a faulty component on the tire pressure sensor. The guys there do great work and are very informative. Definitely will return.👍👍👍
