I was getting my oil changed, I havent had any collision work done there for a long time, but when I did they took care of my issue. I cant say enough nice things about the Service dept, and the Collision dept. They all have AWESOME customer service. Way to go Five Star!

Not real happy to be putting another almost $200 into this car Ive had for a year. Extended warranty no good for what goes wrong. No AC forever. At least I can roll the windows down. Ho hum.

We got a rental van from these guys while our vehicle was being repaired. When I initially got the van it had a extremely heavy fragrance scent in the van, so bad it was overpowering to be I . I have allergies and it made me sick. I immediately removed the brand new scent tree they put in the van. Well I now know why because they were trying to cover up the stench and heavy dog smell of the van. It’s gross. I asked if they sanitized and cleaned the van and he assured me that they did. With covid going around I want my family to be safe. Well I can assure you they did not. There is dog hair everywhere, there was used food wrappers and plastic utensils behind the drivers seat on the floor they missed. There are fresh food stains in the back seats (something that they could easily clean but just somehow missed it) the steering wheel is dirty and grimy. They did nothing to clean this van. It’s gross. I will provide pictures if I can.Update: they did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience when we picked up our van. We drive daily and we only put 40 miles on their rental (one day of driving) because we couldn’t drive the rental because it stunk so bad. Had the set made even an attempt to make me feel better then I probably would have changed my review but they did not. So it remains one star.On a side note the body shop here does good work and always has. We’ve had work done here before and Have been happy. This was just a terrible experience for us and they did not even try to make us happy. It’s more like “you left bad feedback, then we are done with you”. That’s the feeling I get.Update: this is a response to their reply. You never gave me a new rental afterwards, I think you are mistaken . We had one rental and we didn’t use it because it stunk badly and was dirty . You must have did that for someone else.

I was hit by a deer in my brand new car 2 months ago. My insurance company recommended Five Star and I took it to them. I was told it would be a week before they could look at it. I never heard back from them with the initial estimate and I had to call my insurance company to finally get one. It seemed very low and was missing some obvious damages. I decided to get a second opinion but made an appointment to begin in a week at Five Star because they were a more convenient location. Meanwhile, my car would not start after waiting for my appointment and I could not take it for a second estimate so I had it towed to Five Star and they had not even ordered the parts for it yet.I never heard a word from from them regarding my car the entire time they had it. If I wanted to find out the status of my car, I had to call them. I can understand that parts take time after they are ordered and that is out of their control, but at least have some good customer service practices and keep me updated on my cars status. Two months for a simple collision with a deer as they put it, is unacceptable. Next time, I will drive the hour to Olympia to get any work done on my car.First of all my name is not Mr Kenny, it is Mr Kenney...at least get my name right when you reply to my post. Your reply is no excuse. A simple phone(s) call would have sufficied. The car is working...for now, but I will not be a repeat customer nor will I recommended you to anyone in Grays Harbor!

This last week my tires were cut, and my insurance company doesnt have an insurance adjuster in our area. Ken came to my home took pictures of the damage, and helped to speed up the process. They even came picked up the truck and took care of all the details. It was like a family member just jumping in and helping. My family will always use this shop. They are friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping us.

Quality work and they have rental cars available. The staff is friendly and easy to work with as you go through the repair process. They handle dealing with your insurance for you with regular updates. The rental cars area also nice and newer.
