I went in for an estimate and told them I wanted to pay out of pocket. The estimator repeatedly told me that I should claim it on insurance and wrote up a $4k estimate. I thought it was outrageous and more than needed to pull a dent out. Took it somewhere else and they confirmed my suspicion by fixing it for $900. The $900 job looks good too. I will never know if they really felt all that work needed to be done or they running up the bill for insurance, but something didnt feel right about it.

Great and easy process from start to finish! The receptionist at the front desk was kind and very polite. My car looks great and they finished a week before the initial completion date. Oh, and they detailed my car as well 😃

Went to get an estimate. Went to a few people and canby was my last stop. Went outside in the rain (just as everyone else) for a total of 3 minutes before he judged me for how I decided to pay. I was told by this gentleman that the costs are far too high after staring at the front of my car and taking one picture and that it wasn’t even including looking under the hood (which obviously you should take that into account with any collision repair). Just figured I would get treated with the same respect as others had given me that same day, or at least the same courtesy of reasoning behind his bold statements. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant though, 5 stars for her.

Canby employees greeted me, they promised a great job and to get the repair done promptly. They fulfilled their promise. The repair was top-notch, their connection with the car dealership was great. Completely happy with the repair, even my dog and theirs had a great experience. They fixed Abes Lincoln and my Nissan. Truly a great experience.

Brian was kind courteous and helped me when I was in need. Even though it was short, I could tell he cared and I appreciate him so much!

So recently got into a fender bender out in Aberdeen. Dont worry me and the other driver are fine it wasnt even a 5 mile an hour accident but my bumper is broken pretty bad. So I took my car to Canby motors up in Aberdeen. Ive had to use them once before for another car and it looked like new. Really nice friendly staff and offered to give me a ride home as well. Very excellent service!I would recommend everytime!

This place is truly professional and fair. I happen to only come here for an estimate because Thompson Toyota was going to charge a fee to provide an estimate. I came to Canby instead and so happy I did. Russ was great, went above and beyond. The lady who is the receptionist is also very nice. I forgot her name, sorry. I will take my vehicles here from now on!

Its hard to find good customer service and quality workmanship these days but at Canby, you get both and an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Melody is so welcoming and keeps you up to date with the progress of your vehicle. Mr. Canby is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Upon picking up my vehicle, it looked brand new. Vehicle was cleaned and detailed with a bottle of water in the cup holder. Service was top notch and I love how they stand behind their work with a life time warranty. If I ever need work done again on any vehicle, I wont hesitate to return for repairs. Thank you!!

Gentlewomen at the front desk (Melanie I believe, 5 Star) is amazing. She went above her job to make sure I was in a rental fast once I agreed to have the work done. She is always pleasant to deal with. This was the second time I have had my Wife’s car fixed here. I would give them a 5 star but I have no other experience to compare to. They are a no insurance hassle company that makes an unpleasant accident the best experience it can be. I will continue to us them if needed and would recommend that you check them out!

I went here for an appraisal after a car accident and the staff was amazing. Kind and very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to being held up with medical care.The building is very comfortable with coffee available to visitors. They were knowledgeable and even though I could tell they were busy, the made time for me as though they had all the time in the world. I recommend this company to anyone who needs car repairs.

Wow! I was amazed by the arrogance of the estimator. They did not want to give a written estimate. I can appreciate the objective to just make it simple. Just leave it here, we will fix it and deal with the insurance company directly. You dont have to do anything. But, I wanted an estimate so I could judge who would do the best job. As a mechanic, I like to see the details of the repair plan as well as labor rates. By not providing a quote, to me, meant that they did not want competition, and have something to hide (a lack of honesty). This is a great place for Lemmings, not so for people who are interested in the best job possible. I have to say the receptionist was very professional and the response fairly quick for a walk in.

This is a potentially a very dangerous place to get repairs done on your vehicle. Had minor repairs from accident done here through insurance job and driver-side window completely sunk into the door the moment I tried to move it down. Brought the vehicle back and expressed my concern over the quality of the work being done and the vehicle was returned in a condition where the passenger-side seat belt casually disconnected from the point of connection near the top of the door. I contacted insurance and had another place do the final follow-up repairs. Im sure if things go well with your repair an experience at Canby is status-quo, but if you have any issues, expect EXTREMELY childish deflections and zero accountability or regard for your personal safety along with what I suspect was vindictive behavior.
