Friendly service & very helpful

I love Sallys Beauty supply, the shopping experience was delightful, I used to be in that business, I love helping people with hair products, I miss the business.Camella was very helpful, nice and very knowledgeable in helping me pick out color and products.

Ive been coming to this location for years. On 7/29/18 I tried to use my coupon they sent me via text for 25% off, (for this particular time) & the girl said, it didnt work & she wasnt sure why. This has occurred & been her same exact response on numerous occasions! The girl was no help! I asked her to contact the manager & she said she couldnt bc she was off & fishing. I asked she to then call her area manager & she said she couldnt for whatever reason. I run a business & if I dont know the answer- Ill find the answer & not treat the customer as if theyre the problem & a botheration. As an upset customer she could have contacted her area manager or someone but she did not put any effort to do so. In addition to this continuous horrible service, she also said, I dont know why but the coupons seem to not work at the end of the month! She admitted they have had ongoing issues but never tried to resolve their problem. And this happens almost every time I come here!! Also I renewed my membership (not sure why when I cant even use my coupons) the girl told me, well u got $ off already. Wow! Thats not the point. Unless this is resolved I wont spend my $ here again. I hope a manger would take this on going issue into consideration & actually figure out a solution instead of pushing it off.
