I had the hood of my truck painted as part of an insurance claim several years ago by the previous owner of this shop then called All American Paint. The clear coat began to peel and I took my truck back to find the new name Crash Champions and a new owner. No problem. I showed them the original invoice and they repainted the hood of my truck NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They stood behind the work done at the shop by the previous owner. They did a beautiful job. Delivered on time. Highly recommend

This place has amazing customer service and keeps you in the loop the entire way. They are Tesla certified and do a phenomenal job. After someone hit my car, they knew exactly what parts to order and got my car back to me in three weeks. They quoted four just to be safe, so it was amazing getting it back a week early! No longer the same quality as in the past. CSRs are not friendly or knowledgeable. Final work was unacceptable and a paint defect needed to be repaired. Ive been using this shop for years with my vehicles. Unfortunately the company was sold and the top-notch service of the past is gone! I will not recommend or use this shop in the future. Service manager and manager did handle problems well and had my car delivered to make up for their errors.

I would recommend All American to anyone whose car needs body work. My 2019 Model 3 was damaged when someone threw a fist sized rock at my windshield. The rock bounced off and hit my hood causing a dent and paint scratch. And, to top it off this guy chucked a rock at my bumper and damaged it. We took it to All American to get it repaired, on the recommendation of Tesla.All American did an AMAZING job. They replaced the windshield, made sure that the camera behind the rearview mirror was hooked up and functioning. They repaired the damaged hood and bumper, taking care to match the paint. YOU CANNOT TELL THAT THE CAR HAD ANY WORK DONE. IT WAS PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. Guillermo was kind and considerate and kept me informed of every step of the process.The shop office was clean and the people at the desk were quick and efficient. I was really impressed with the whole process. Again, I would recommend All American Paint & Body to anyone whose car needs body work.

Truly the best auto body shop in San Diego. They are very friendly and I appreciate the way they do repairs. It takes a little longer but worth the wait. Alot of high-end cars being repaired at this shop.. I took my 2000 Lexus there for repairs and they made me feel just as important as a Ferrari or Tesla owner.Its also a women owned shop.

The professionalism of this group was impressive. Weekly updates were sent to my phone with all of the details, including possible time constraints, car part arrival times, and information about our expected timeline. With the challenges of being in an accident it was great to find this company and be involved in their compassionate care. Well done!

If you want it to take 2 months to get a simple body panel replaced, have nobody return your calls for weeks, have to go into the shop to speak to a manager to schedule the appointment after your insurance has already paid them weeks before, have the manager promise to order your parts and then fail to do so (adding an additional 3 weeks to the repair), and then threaten to take them to court to get your insurance payout returned so you can go to a professional body shop, then by all means I recommend Crash Champions.

Excellent work done to repair rear bumper and quarter-panel. Like new!

I took my 2021 Tesla Model Y performance there because it was keyed and had a small chip on a wheel. The paint was spotty in a some areas and rough in others. There was a lot of overspray as well. The replaced wheel looks much different than the other 3 in the way that the tire sits on it. Also, they did an alignment and my steering wheel is no longer straight. They rushed me out the door when I picked it up so I didnt notice all of that until I got home.

My car was a almost brand new BMW 440 in its 6k miles. It hit a road debris on highway and the front underside was severely damaged, engine cooling liquid leaked to everywhere.(I never hit a road debris and didnt think it can cause so many damages) My insurance company recommended this shop. At beginning I was hesitant about sending my car directly to what insurance offered. At the end I was happy with my decision. Angel Mendoza was my estimator. He made me feel this shop treated my car with the meticulous care as much as I treated it myself. and it turned out like this. They tried hard to put the best parts they can that can be approved by insurance company. the repair ended up replacing AC, engine cooling fan and radiator, AC, suspension, cross-member, steering, front light, bumper cover, pretty much repair work. The car looked like new again when I picked it up, it was also carefully washed with tires detailed. my car is sporty and powerful car, I was concerned with such a lot of mechanic work, the handling might be different. But it turned out no difference in handling.I am satisfied.

Cannot recommend this place enough! After my Tesla was crushed by an automatic gate, these guys took the reigns. My insurance adjuster (Esurance) was terrible to deal with and they remained patient, followed up regularly, and hold a standard of business and communication that’s world class. They went as far as to detail the interior cabin. Made my car feel brand new! Jose was the gentleman I worked with and he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again guys!

I had initially gone to a dealership just because I wanted the job done right on fixing my electronic mirror on my 2015 Honda Accord. I received a pretty high quote compared to what I read online so I started looking around for second opinions. I was referred to to All American by a coworker of mine.Albert at All American was kind and respectful when I met him for the first time. He quoted me for way under what the dealership quoted me as well as informed me of complications that can occur with electronic mirrors that may increase the cost a bit - just so there were no surprises if the quote increased.I dropped my car off in the morning, All American shuttled me to work (it would have been a 20 dollar Uber ride), they called me later that day to inform me the work was done with ZERO complications so the original quote held up. When I arrived to pick up my car I was surprised to find they had cleaned the inside and outside of my car as well!My car had been extremely dirty and it looked brand new almost. The electronic mirror was fixed properly, I tested it completely and it worked like new. In the end, I paid less than half what the dealership quoted me. I am very pleased with how I was treated at All American as well as the work/craftsmanship performed. They seem like honest mechanics and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had gone to All American for work before. The last time however, I was delayed a week from the start because the shop closed due to an employee getting COVID.I already had my car sent there, as time went on my car rental provided by my insurance ran out. It was then, Albert Magos had assured me that him and his boss were going to help us out and personally extend our rental even if our insurance wouldnt pony up the extra days.Because we were repeat customers, we trusted them to take care of us. They also were late on the projected timeframe which I did not mind because I was under the impression that they would be taking care of our car rental.On the last day, when we got to pick up the car, I asked Albert if the car rental was already situated and taken care of. He reassured me that it was all done and paid for. To my surprise when I got to the car rental they billed me for over $550, I explained to them what Ablert had told me, they told me they had no knowledge of that and so they put a hold on the payment as they were trying to get a hold of All American Paint & Body.4 months later we find out that All American Paint & Body did not follow through on their end because we noticed the charge on our Bank Account. I called them and Albert kept telling me he would look into it and get back to me, only to ignore me and never get back in touch with me to resolve the issue or to let me know why they cannot hold their end.TLDR: Do no trust them (especially Albert Magos) when they say they will help you out. Get everything in writing.

I had some road debris fly up and scar the roof of my Lincoln MKC. My insurance company referred me to All American and I went there. I was impressed with the professionalism of all those I was in contact with. The place was neat and clean, with plenty of snacks to munch on in their lobby. The work done was superb. It took a full week, but it was worth waiting for.

We had very large, deep scratches on the hood of our car from freeway debris hitting it. All American was a preferred shop for our insurance company and it was Lexus certified, so we took it there. The shop was very efficient, everyone knows their job and they are all very pleasant and customer service oriented. Angel, our estimator, was great. Our car is 7 years old, so has other chips and small stuff on the hood, but the only repair authorized by our insurance was to be to the scratches. Our hood and headlamps looked brand new when we picked it up, All American went way above and beyond. The whole experience was five star, and we will take our vehicles there f(and ask for Angel!) for any other body work needed.

I didnt care for my experience at this body shop. To fix a bumper/panel it took over a month. I even order parts before dropping car off, didnt drop off car till body shop received parts. And 2 weeks after having my car Body shop needed more parts.. ok thats fine maybe you realized you missed something. Then the next week more parts were order. And the next week. Dec 16 told my car bumper was out back on and next week is painting. Dec 23 they ordered more parts because repair werent complete. Jan 6 ordered more parts that didnt seem to be to repair a bumper. ( Fyi I no nothing about fixing a Tesla or what exact parts are needed but just looking over what was ordered Im lost as to why my insurance approved all this). So I get car back mid January and its missing a face plate over the speaker in the trunk. Guess it was laying around in the back, was found and put back on. Was told back in December tech was having trouble with trunk opening, was told they found air gaps or something a few days before getting my car. Also had to watch them while charging my car so they dont charge to 100% and damage battery pack. I had to call and ask them to unplug my car. While returning my car was told I should contact Tesla because my headlights dont turn on. Actual problem is passenger headlight turns off. I fix by turn both of and for some reason both turn back on just find for a few days then the one turns off again. I will never leave my car with this company again, even with this headlight issue I rather just go somewhere else. I got feeling this place was a little shady after ready BBB and seeing complaint about this body shop from others explaining similar issues I had. If I could give less stars I would.

Took my car in for scratches to rear bumper & scrapes on rubber guard under the bumper after being rear-ended in parking lot (minor incident). Albert Astorga took care of everything, from the initial quote to follow-up calls, and working directly with my insurance company. My car came back looking brand new and completely detailed inside & out. The front desk staff is very courteous and attentive. I was doing some trunk work to my car here, and Allan the technician did a great job, sanding it down and filling in the holes. The trunk came out smooth and they did a great job color matching my vehicle.

I took my new mirror cover in to get painted. I called ahead to get a quote, and it was on the lower end of what I had been quoted by other places. The guys working there were professional, courteous, and efficient. They took time to explain to me how the paint would be matched, and how they would reinforce the attachment with glue.A few hours later, my car looks great again!

The work they did was outstanding and they took the time to fix the alignment of the drivers side door at no additional charge. The door wasnt part of the damage from the accident so it was a pleasant surprise to have it fixed. They were professional and polite and they finished ahead of schedule.I really felt they went out of their way to keep me informed and to take care of my needs.

After my adjuster informed me I can take my car in for repair estimate, I called All American Paint & Body and was told to bring my car in right away. I was greeted professionally at the front desk with the offering of water/coffee and snacks. And there was Mr. Albert Magos with a big smile and charming personality. He told me, I have nothing to worry about, he will carefully evaluate my car and ensure that my questions/concerns will be addressed. Even though my car was deemed a total loss, Mr. Magos further ensured me that “We will not take further action until you speak with your adjuster, until you take all your belongings (which he helped pack) or until you give us releasing authority to move forward”. Mr. Magos also helped to get a free shuttle ride to a car rental facility. I was in and out with an hour for the initial process and about 3 days to get the total loss report.Thank you Albert and All American Paint & Body for this great experience. While I am sad that my car was totaled, I’d bring my car to get repair estimate here any day. And Yes, I’d ask for Mr. Albert Magos. He is that good and that nice!!

Horrible service. Sub par work, will not take responsibility for their errors. Short of the story, they fixed the damage but neglected to properly align the vehicle (they made it worse than when I dropped it off), they installed the bug shield wrong and now the paint is chipping off my hood (which was not initially damaged) AND they did not install all the hardware. They neglected to align the headlights after replacing the driver side head and fog lights, there is overspray on all the rubber boots in the door jamb and they lost the cover to the door panel that covers the handle screw.When I went back and showed them all the issues the desk person assured me a manager would call... (Still waiting - its been 6 months)Now, I was recently rear ended and need thousands of dollars of work to the back of my truck. Guess whos NOT getting the money???Are you listening All American? Your lack of service just cost you thousands of dollars.Enjoy!

Went for an estimate, great customer service

I gave them info of the vehicle I have on the phone, however, they told me that they do not work on these kind of vehicles when I have gone to the shop. Wasted time.

Be wary if you have front end damage, they dont seem to have the expertise to get all the lines parallel and back to original factory specifications. When asked to repair, they had me leave Tundra again and it cost me another two days car rental with zero results.
